I bought this DVD. Really love it. It's a workout combined with strenth training and cardio. The trainers are very professional and fun to be with. In fact, Acacia's products are all good, personally I've collected about 6 different DVDs all from this company. They've broken the traditional gym feel. With the stunning backgound setup, you'd feel like working out in an exotic resort not in the gym with the machines. Unfotunately they don't sell directly to AU. I bought them from Amazon.
