I played this song and this exact video to my fiance (and now wife) this last Christmas Eve, just before asking her to marry me -- 29 years after I first saw her in junior high school. It took us many years to finally come together forever. This song says it perfectly, a reflection of what I carried in my heart for a very long time. She truly is the story of my life, my one true love in life, my strength, my everything.

Doubt enters and we start seeing the other or they see us in another light... forgetting all the reasons they fell in love in the first place. The Story must keep being written with It's original meaning, the same meanings it began with. Don't give into today's pressures or the seeds of doubt others put in our heads. Never let go and love each day as if it may be the last together.

If only people would put their "true" foot forward instead of some image they want to project. We all need love and no matter how rough things get, or how poor our choices might be at times, everyone deserves to find what this song speaks of.
