To give a hint of how ethnically diverse North Africa is, the modern Berbers are a heterogenous collective of different ethnicities. The Kabyles make up about 40% of the population of Algeria. Hannibal was a Carthaginian , and Carthage was founded by the Phoenicia. In short, Hannibal was ethnically Middle Eastern/Greek, not Black.

@imthrowed94 Sorry but your knowledge of history is extremely lacking if you ignore Carthaginians were ethnically Semite/Greek. If you still doubt, it's simple: here's a Carthaginian shekel portraying Hannibal issued in 230 BC by his own family. He indeed looks Middle Eastern/ Greek.

@Dochirin You need to study the Morphology of Carthage, it all points to Phoenicians clustering with Sub Saharans. If in doubt you can look up morphology done upon the Carthagininian Elite as well as their priestly cast.
