  • basically, this video is talking about how to hit a high shot forehand correctly. The main points are:

    1. raise both of your arms to 90 degree vertical to your body, the hand with the racket should have an angle of less than 90 degree between your forearm and shoulder; vice versa for the other arm. (2:50)

    2. When hitting the shuttle, rise your body upward towards the shuttle.

    3. Let your elbow lean towards front before your fore-arm swings to hit the shuttle.
