If you go to the part just after Julian meets Lionel in Lionel's office, the part where Lana is talking to Clark. Lana is holding two pieces of paper that are medical files. If you pause to look at the both, the first one has the famous made up name "Jane Doe" and as she flips the page the second one says, "John Doe". Go check it out for yourself!
