I had to pleasure of seeing him stand in for Marty Stewart, at the first ever Reunion of the Grand Ole Opry at The Ryman Theater, Oct 18TH 1998.

From NASHVILLE REBEL,...to the REBEL FROM NASHVILLE,....Waylon will always be a true Rebel in every sense of the word. They just dont make them like him any more.
