  • Bweeeeeeeeeewh.

  • i want to have songsmith when i talk...

  • Another bored Wedding Band.

  • this is fine stuff, as long as i'm high

  • This sounds like A-Ha on Ex-Lax and about to commit hari-kari all at the same time

  • ...this actually sounds very nice.

  • It sounds like Lounge Against the Machine covers Aha.

  • Here's a slogan for Microsoft Songsmith : "Creating the exact opposite melodies."

  • This is... defiling in everyway :))

  • A-Ha, The Lounge Lizard Remix

  • listening to this, I feel drunk

  • Seriously, songsmith can follow a chord structure and beat great, it's just the feel, which is obviously hard to computerize.

  • Sounds like A-Ha on bad drugs or Tom Waits on good ones.

  • Fantastic!

  • its not Aha its ha ha ha ha ha--good job.

  • /me likes it.

  • HONKK

  • What's crazy is that the chord structure of the Songsmith part more or less follows the original song. But yeah, it sounds like like Duke Ellington and his whole band got totally baked.

  • Still better than Ke$ha.

  • Easily my favourite songsmith.

  • Sounds like the singer smoked meth and hit the band with rhino tranqs.

  • better than Bieber

  • LOL!

  • lol, its like bad karaoke

  • @hardstreetbambi it's not just like bad karaoke, it's the exact inverse.

  • @CheeseburgerTurtle i dont get it, whats the inverse of bad karaoke?

  • @hardstreetbambi instead of new, bad vocals accompanying the original music, it's new, bad music accompanying the original vocals.

  • @hardstreetbambi oh god, you're right..

  • It's actually better this way

  • Sounds like Morten Harket joined a very good but drunk Jazz band during last call.

  • cocktail jazz style ridiculousness, lol

  • actually the ending twist gives a hole new meaning to the version... gives me the chill!!!!!

  • This actually isn't half bad lounge music. I can dig it.

  • @mul33tto are you kidding this is terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Why do I get the feeling that this is somehing Bill Murray would do, on Saturday Night Live?

  • It sounds like Duke Ellington and his whole band got really really high.

  • @MackTuesday Indeed. This sounds like a really bad trip man...

  • win. sounds like Frank Sinatra on helium.

  • it makes me sleepy...... damn jazzyness

  • 0:35

    *Kills himself*.

  • its like a car crash... only in my ears and very slow... and soooo much worse

OH GOD IT SUCKS SO BAD...MAKE IT STOP!

  • i'll play this on my funeral rofl XD

  • @tsure oh my, I .. AHHAHAHA I just fell off the chair reading your comment:D

  • This one's actually not bad.

  • oh my god this is the coolest thing ever!!, i can really feel the lyrics, with emotion more than the original

  • sarcasm doesnt translate well into text...but I pray that you are using it.

  • Now if only it could be played by real people! :D

  • Beat is a little too slow

  • they couldn't make it better!

  • this is too nauseating

  • good god the beat is so slow and horrible, but i love it

i think if i drank a bottle of cough syrup i would love this version

  • by far the best part of this is that droning repetitive beat. blah

  • sounds like a jazz version of take on me.

  • You could just imagine him dressed in a tux being all smarmy with a big band

  • LOL

  • Good stuff!

  • AHHHHHH!!!! this is soo bad ;-)

  • Not as bad as expected. I kind of like the drum break at about 1:42.

  • Hmm, so a parallel hell does exist.

    Zip

  • lol

  • legal

  • While listening to this, it feels like my room is slowly being filled with carbon monoxide.

  • ..i got a headache after 10 seconds...

  • I second that.

  • mee three

  • four?

  • me six

  • I over 9000 that.

  • It has kind of a Portishead vibe (which I mean as a complement).

  • WELL I LIKED IT

  • EHEHEHAHAUAHAuaha

  • Oh lord it's so slow paced I feel drunk listening to this....

  • What you notice with this is who is the bad and who is the good singer. This guy is really good.

  • this is a disaster! lol

  • Nice! Great spotlight on Morten Harket's beautiful and talented voice without the original (but distracting) music.

  • julianphilipkevin- great work with all your Songsmith dubs! Love 'em!!!

  • Really good! The way he sings the 'Take on me' part of the refrain (except for the insanely high notes of course) is really reminiscent of the way the old big band singers spoke back then.

  • This makes my head pop.

  • this is pretty good

  • Perfect song for big band.
