Can I connect this Linksys power line directly to the Modem or I have to connected directly to a Router?? Please Help Thank You!!!

don't quote me on this but I'm pretty sure just from the modem to the powerline. Some routers are modems aswell or like me I have a router only with a modem connected to it. So if you have just a modem then that will work fine I'm sure.
Considering powerline myself.
