and it's not a translation, I thought it was funny that so many people were so freaked out by their voices, to the point that they thought they were speaking another language.
Karin: For a start I think it's important to create equality between the genders. We earn 18%. We are responsible for the family. I think equality is a start, but with the music we can go further.
Olof: I don't think there are any rules. And if there are, I don't think you should follow them.
what are you talking about? what does correcting your mistake have to do with not "sticking up for the underdog"? YOU fucked up the translation. I'm correcting you for accuracy's sake. 80% is what she said, so it's what I'm telling you she said, NOT 18%.
if he didn't tell me to shut the fuck up i wouldn't have cursed at him. you need to read things carefully before jumping to a conclusion. i simply corrected the asshole and he gets all offended for no reason.
karin: The standards for being a woman or being a man are so limiting for a person. I think it's very important to be able to try and try and open up the way we look, sing, try to make music and perform.
Olof: in music you work with fiction, & in fiction you are able to create an environment which is ahead of us. it would be better if the sexes were more free, like if you were a male you could do all these things, but if you were female you could do all these things without feeling subnormal.
they always alter their voices for interviews. They want their person to have no connection to the music what so ever so they try and take away themselves as much as possible. Like they said in part 1 - this is how they think their music looks like and they want you to believe the music is talking - not the musicians.

I admire them for doing this 100 percent. It's a bit strange at first, but once you understand their purpose, you get over it.

I love that they are always covering their faces. And now that Karin is working by her self, she continues doing that.

@kristaaaah I agree: if you want to hear them unfiltered simply press the big triangle button on your music player.
