@rubmetub: yer, ya so right but, normally, the choreographer will watch a lot of video clips dancing to the song he wants to choreograph then turn on the music, feel the beat and sketch some moves, what remains in their head (maybe some from this and some from that) will form the flow and the basic steps on which to build up the choreography.
the ability to dance of the singers are so important, so the choreographer should know their level which is not to high and create something suitable.

I can tell that SNSD's choreography is pretty much the same as this video at the begining of the lyric.
Just like when SNSD danced womanizer, there are some moves copied exactly the same from BOBBY NEWBERY
The dancing master who teaches SNSD must watch a lot videoclips before he creates the choreography
