Violin sound is stunning and chamber ensemble is giving her fantastic rhytmic foundation and support. She was sometimes too fast and agressive, especialy in the begining. Maybe she didn't like the starting tempo (I did), but final movement is absolutely compact and extraordinary. Congratulations to all performers.

Winter by Vivaldi is one of the classical pieces that I cherish dearly. Instead of actually watching the video, I just listened to the music. Julia Fischer is a very technically sound violinist. However, I believe that she tends to rush through certain pieces with too fast of a tempo. I love most of this particular rendition. Just she does rush through some parts. Kudos to her for "conducting" the ensemble very well.

Wow, she hits it SPOT ON. Even in Nigel Kennedy and Itzhak Perlman you can hear very slight hiccups here and there, but she's practically PERFECT.
