make this happening yesterday should be the goal, not 2030. The government should build the megacity of the future out in the desert southwest NOW, with all the technology of the future now. then as people migrate there we can make museums out of the older city's and rebuild them with the income the new city will produce from the jobs created building that city for the comfort and safety of tomorrows society.

I was thinking of this technology concept a few years ago. Would be rather nice, only if people are able to avoid such vehicles and then the city police department and traffic court would probably be pissed off, that they are no longer able to write tickets.
