Update, Halo Reach sucked balls. Everyone I know quit playing it and I returned it 2 days after getting it. Such a shit game. I got Gladiator something or other on the PSP. It's a remake of colosseum: road to freedom on the PS2. And the rest of the money went to Fallout: New Vegas. I really hope you guys pick that up!
what do you guys think of the co-op on the Dead Space 2? For me its most likely ruin the game. I dont like the idea of having 4 people with you in a rly scary game because it will not feel as scary as when you play alone. I atleast hope the co-op will have a harder difficulty setting or add more necromorphs to the maps.
I don't know about online Co-op for the GOL but offline co-op...i fucking hate it...It's like it loads every fucking 5 minutes...maybe it's my xbox or something becuase i have the 20GB since the 360 came out..but it loading is just terrible in co-op and when i play alone it's completely fine..co-op is awesome but the loading times just fuck it up big time for me.

The checkpoints in Mafia 2 ruined the game more than any other part. The dock worker mission being one of the worst, work your way to the end just to die to the fucking boss. Same with checkpoints after cutscenes...watching a fucking cutscene over and over because they didn't put a checkpoint after a cutscene!!!
@tobin00 Just some comments on Mafia 2. Played it in a weekend, beat it and loved every bit of it. I felt like I was in a movie b/c of the high quality cut scenes and voice acting. I did not notice the "boringness" of the driving because of the radio stations(I love 40s/50s music). There were collectables (Playboys and Wanted Posters) but they weren't a "main" part of the game. I do agree that the game felt unfinished thought and wished there was more of an open world element to it.
The DLC for Mafia II is the side missions and they RUINED the game for me, i completed the SP and LOVED it although it has alot of flaws but it killed my view on the game when they charge like 800 points for boring side missions that shud of been on the god damm game! and Yuzo there is collectables (Playboy Mags and Posters). but i think it was good that Mafia was so Linear due to how the Side Missions panned out :(
I have to say that I am almost done w/ Mafia 2 and I don't think the driving is that bad. I do have to say that I mostly play racing games. I acctually enjoy driving from place to place. The soundtrack and visuals really make you feel part of the world. I do have to say the difficulty does get alot harder the last three chapters.

I really didn't like Tomb Raider Underworld. I felt it was too glitchy, the story was uninteresting, the combat was clunky, and the platforming was frustrating. Uncharted has really obliterated Tomb Raider in the Indiana Jones style video game department.

What did you play Mafia II on? I played on PC and nobody could stop my Dirty Harry power, Magnum FTW, didn't really get 1 shotted or shot through cover, but it was on Normal.
I know you guys don't like sports games so you probably didn't know, but NBA 2K10 had a payable demo much like Dead Rising 2. It allowed you to play the new my player mode, the new RPG element to the 2k series where you create a basketball player and level him up in all sorts of skills in a regular NBA season.
It was amazing! I must have not sold too well because there hasn't been a similar release for 2k11 this year. Just saying!
Not that you guys have the time with the developers blowing their loads this season... but try to check out this game called Minecraft.
The graphics are shitty, but that's on purpose. There's no story, it's a sandbox game, but it's addicting to compare your progress to your friend's and stuff. The point (for me anyway) is to build a castle . It's creative bliss for me because there are almost no restrictions. There's a "meh" free version on the site. Just Google Minecraft

Ya'll are reviewing reach right? I mean I'm not a big halo fan, but reach was one of the most intence games I've ever played. Especially the very end.
@Black0nWhite I don't think Minecraft is worth reviewing to be honest, It's pretty straight-forward. And I don't think the graphics or game-play are anything to brag about since it was made to be simple.
thank god dead space 2 is still scary! i heard they were aiming more towards being a better shooter than horror -.- but i am again excited! Dead space is one of my favorites!
@tobin00 Hey you guys I wish you liked Halo Reach. Like no joke I think Its the best halo game since halo 1. And I think Yuzo doesn't like Halo multiplayer because halo is a lot slower, more skill based game than MW2 which is arcadey and easy. I think halo takes a lot more skill to be good at and if you can't devote that time into the game then you won't enjoy the multiplayer at all. I love Halo Reach multiplayer cause I played the crap outta halo 3. Thats my two cents on Halo Reach.

haha i just have to say the last time i got a bj in a game was in gta tbogt, after the bj you had to escape the club. fair enough gta has no way near the humour of duke nukem. anyhow another gd episode, you's have just put me in the mood of bayonetta i'v had it for about 2 months and ave only played 2 levels so i am going to see if it is gd as you's say it is.

Mafia 2. PC version has the superior driving and shooting. I can honestly say I didn't have any issues driving. The boring parts were true.
They seriously give you 3, THREE!, contact points on your map and every time you go to them they tell you they ain't got no missions for you.
Mafia 2, good game dragged down by missed opportunities.

What did you play Mafia II on? I played on PC and nobody could stop my Dirty Harry power, Magnum FTW, didn't really get 1 shotted or shot through cover, but it was on Normal.

I know you guys don't like sports games so you probably didn't know, but NBA 2K10 had a payable demo much like Dead Rising 2. It allowed you to play the new my player mode, the new RPG element to the 2k series where you create a basketball player and level him up in all sorts of skills in a regular NBA season.
It was amazing! I must have not sold too well because there hasn't been a similar release for 2k11 this year. Just saying!

Not that you guys have the time with the developers blowing their loads this season... but try to check out this game called Minecraft.
The graphics are shitty, but that's on purpose. There's no story, it's a sandbox game, but it's addicting to compare your progress to your friend's and stuff. The point (for me anyway) is to build a castle . It's creative bliss for me because there are almost no restrictions. There's a "meh" free version on the site. Just Google Minecraft

@tobin00 Hey you guys I wish you liked Halo Reach. Like no joke I think Its the best halo game since halo 1. And I think Yuzo doesn't like Halo multiplayer because halo is a lot slower, more skill based game than MW2 which is arcadey and easy. I think halo takes a lot more skill to be good at and if you can't devote that time into the game then you won't enjoy the multiplayer at all. I love Halo Reach multiplayer cause I played the crap outta halo 3. Thats my two cents on Halo Reach.
