Fightning online doesnt happen very often but i have been in 2 of them. If both players somehow press y at the same time, u get in a fight and then u fight. Both were in the same game against the game guy. -__-

actually u can be a goalie. first you go to a game then wen u r on the pause menu at the start of the game you take ur controller out of the ps2, then it should take you to configure controller then at the bottom it should say position lock and lock ur position as a goalie.

Playing deep is for wussies that are gorillas. Especially if you are a small goalie, say, 5"9 and 200, best to stay on the red line and close the angles.

lol, those are my stats in real life. But as for nhl 09 I'd say be a hybrid, and put like speed, agility, and awareness pretty high. Have you done the attribute glitch where u can make ur guy all 99s? Thats the way to go but u could get banned for it...

if you are goalie and playing on Xbox 360 press Back button and you can watch the game from the puck view...no need to use goggles and try to zoom from your own goal -.-

But ofc remember to press Back so its easier to protect the goal too cuz when you are spectating the puck your not gonna see yourself.
