these are very easy tabs i played it easily but because i ave breathing isseds i would only get a few seconds into the song without having to stop and bend over gasping i started playing the ocarina again recently and i am surpized at how fast my lungs have deteriorated i mean that was the reason i quit the clarinet but i had no idea it would affect me so much that i couldent play the ocarina im so bummed............

ok after watching all those vids, i realized somthing, ocs are changing, or i mean getting bigger GROUPWISE, cuz it use to just be soprano, alto, tenor, and bass. but now its soprillo, sopranino, soprano, alto, tenor, bass, and contrabass!!

on the 10/12 hole ocarina sheet there is a time where you need to use the small holes that aren't on the 10 hole ocarina. if you look on page 2 second column down 6th one across. i'm not complaining because my 12 hole should arrive tomorrow but i'm just saying for those 10 hole players.

To play it on a Bb clarinet, simply play each note one higher than on the sheet music in the links, and play in the key of 1 sharp rather than 1 flat. (add 2 sharps to the key signature)

There's a longer explanation in the description, but there are a few reasons:

1) To celebrate Miyazaki's new film, Ponyo!

2 )This was the last Ocarinas United Group Song, which just closed, and...

3) It fits in with my "Theme of the Month", which is anime

Plus, this song is incredibly fun on ocarina, haha.

i love your contests but you may want to change one thing...if you dont actualy have a vid of you playing the song then its kinda easy for you to just record the sound track take a pic of your ocarina and create a pre made vid using a computer generated song (meaning its flawless and you cant tell) so someone may cheat...just saying hopefuly no one does it im just pointing out incase you wanted

Thanks for you concern, but it's not really a "contest"...it's really just for fun. And it's difficult to imitate the sound of an ocarina so it would be difficult to "cheat" the sound :)

I'd think it would be a soprano but how many hones I'd think 4, but then again it could be 12, or something else. If it is 4 and a songbird ocarina, they no longer have their old pendants anymore and also would like to know where I can get those now :p
