@o0Chewey0o It is impossible to spot-focus your weight loss on only some parts of your body, when you lose weight, you lose it from everywhere, (which can be unfortunate), but even so, I figured it would make sense to show all of my body to cover all areas of weight loss. It is not in an attempt to "look sexy", I simply want to track my weight loss on all areas of my body. Sorry if you're not happy with this, but I am not forcing you to watch my videos..

@ChangingLifestyle To be honest I really hate weighing myself as I never get the results that I want. Last time I weighed myself I came in at 10 stone 2 lb (142 lb) and that was about a week ago, and that's only a few pounds lighter than when i started these videos 6 weeks ago.I dont think weight is really a good measure of progress though, as muscle is heavier than fat, and I've been going to the gym alot, and trying to get toned, so I'm hoping some of that weight is muscle rather than fat. :)
