Makoto rocks, she is just so different from the other characters, and her voice makes the music sound more serious, which I like. When pared with other idols, like say Ami and Hakura, she helps tone down their higher voices.

indeed *agrees* her voice isnt really masculine; i havent really heard any male voices like hers. The only quality of her voice being masculine is the tendency to be low.

No its nothing like DDR. And its impossible to explain how you play but story wise, your basicaly an auditioner and your trying to bring the girls you choose from the gutter to the top.
