this really sucks i had snes emulator and nes emulator and neo geo pocket after 3 days i went to the memory stick and it said all my files where corrupted and then my 2 gig memory stick said i have 0 kb space available then i go into usb mode and all my folders are missing??? any ideas?

YOUR memory stick has got corrupt

you need to format it ether on a pc or on the psp via the settings menu

if this fails then it may be a fault in the partion table on the memory stick

this is what holds the size and info about the drive / memory stick ect

if this is screwed then its more or less busted

hey i have a pandoras battery and when i use it it take me to a 3.80 mm4 is there any way you can help me by downgrading my psp to a 3.40 oea or lower plz help me wit this

all you need to do is run pandora again but instead of choosing 3.80

choose 1.50 and then simply update to 3.40 m33

if you have a psp slim then you cant do it this way you will need to find the 3.40 recovery pack and install it into psp/game/recovery

then go into psp recovery menu by holding R then power on the psp

select recovery in the menu then it will flash 3.40 m33 onto the psp

this can be done on fat or slim just the first option i mentiond may only work on phat psp

i wont do it for you but i can certainly help you get it done very easily

if you have a standard fw psp then you can now easily install a custom fw

all you need is a spare psp battery or a ready made pandora battery or the datel psp tool battery works too

if you have any of these then thats half the battle done

the rest is very simple to accomplish even for people that know nothing technical about the psp

if its the standard original battery then yes it should be fine if notdig outthe original

or buy a spare of the correct sort

dont risk your psp using cheap or fake batterys as most ofthemwill permantly damage your psp if you attempt to pandorize them

try formating it

sometimes if you have corrupt files on the stick it will not read the memory stick

you can try format on the psp in the settings menu or use a card reader and try on your computer

if that fails try another card see if it reads that

if the same you have a broken card slot

a custim firmware does void the waranty

so if your psp is under warranty its now

not unless they cant prove its been hacked with cfw like a brick ect

if its under waranty just brick it :D

all you do to make it brick is

go into recovery mode and cut and paste all the contents of flash0 onto your pc

this is so if they dont fix it you can copy this files back later to unbrick

if its under warranty they should replace it with new one :)

its nessesary to have atleats 1gb memory

if you have a custom fw as most iso/cso

games can be as much as 1gb sometime bigger

most of them are silly kids that just annoy you and boot you off

socom 1 i find is better if you want to play

or my advice is get fw 3.71 or higher

as it supports the built in theme changer

you no longer need to flash items to your psp

you just download themes for 3.71

and add em into psp/theme folder

then change the themes in the themes menu on the xmb

u cant update from ofw to cfw, you have to downgrade your ofw to 1.50, then upgrade to a cfw. you can't downgrade ofw 3.90 yet unless u use a pandora battery, which i don't even know if you can downgrade 3.90 with that, so if not, you're screwed.
