This is what happens when you show up early and decide to start smoking before anyone else does.... Cops think they're badasses and try to stop the whole thing by walking around giving out tickets and shit. As soon as like 2:30 hits and theres at least 5,000 people already there, they cant do ANYTHING. If youre trying to smoke ANYWHERE, make sure you have some cover around you. In this case, when it gets to 10,000 other people people smoking, you can do whatever you please without trouble.
