  • @bubblesatemojo breathing through your mouth allows a greater volume of air to enter your lungs and diaphragm in a shorter amount of time. Simlarly, it will allow quicker expulsion of carbon dioxide when you exhale.

  • @MrAmericanrebel i have done both on a decent level, and lifting weights are mentally equally to a night on the couch compared to what i do now (ironman triathlon). Basically its for weak minded peeps.

  • I have the same question as matt10123456. My fastest 2 mile is 11:04 and I'm 13 years old. so.... yeah. little bit faster.

Here's how: 1st min- run hard!, u wanna run so hard u start to breathe hard and intense, almost too intense! 2nd,1stmin- slow down!, catch your breathe and run your normal race pace. repeat, adding a minute each time...... so; 1 min hard 1 min soft 2 min hard 2 min soft 3min hard 3 minsoft 3min hard 3min soft 2min hard 2min soft 1min hard 1min soft! ITS KILLA
