Blackmore is probably my favorite of all artists. Following his path from deep purple to what seemed like an incredible somewhat satanic journey he went on with Dio. I´m glad he is where he is now. I still listen to him almost daily whether new or old. Love it all

Hmmm... I wouldn't call it "Gothic", at least - that's not their aim. They sing a lot of medieval folk music, mixed with some more modern rock (Doubt Richie Blackmore would give up his fancy guitar work ;))

@agpleez I have heard them say (richie and candy) that they consider BN a 'project' and that that is why thay have various and sundry musicians coming and going throughout the different recordings. They think of themselves as more than a 'duo' but less than a band per se.
