when is notting hill carnival 2008?, I want to go, who can give me a hand?, I need information please.

Carnival is held over two days, sunday and monday The monday always falls on the last monday in august so this year its Sunday 24th and Monday 25th August. Not sure where your from or how much info you need but Notting Hill is in West London. Find a map of london underground and you'll find Notting hill. Its free both days starts about midday come and enjoy yourself.
