yes he is Irish and is a well regarded poet in Ireland. I was at one of his readings at the Unitarian Church in Cork last year and it was a blast. All of the poems that he read were about family. There was a lot of people crying. His poetry can really move you. I think that this poet has a family poem for everyone.

I had a few words with hi and he is a really nice man. I know that he has a lot of published poems but I don't know their names, why not Google his name and see.All the best

I've been there too and without a brother. It took me many years to recover and I wish I had one. This guy deserves a medal. I cried when I heard it. Is this guy Canadian, perhaps Newfoundland? Anyone know the names of his books because I would like to purchase a few. Five stars and well deserved
