The AVERAGE Korean is better than the AVERAGE foreigner, but there are still Koreans that suck at the game. An entire nationality isn't born with the innate ability to play Brood War at 250 APM.

@Ruscull you serious with your question?^^ well i personally use my arrow keys too, because i find it more comfortable and more precise to scroll over the screen. so i think the answer to your question is, if your fingers are fast enough then at the moment the battle begins you'll have a much better micro and less missclicks by using the arrow keys, because your mouse is always near the central of the screen. awell but every1 has a different way to play his games :)
