  • turn out. that it all.

  • You need to roll up more im on demi pointe too an i have the sam problem

  • try not to curl yourtoes... push through the foot when you pointe... and your feet need to be turned out.... starting from the hip

  • you're curling the toes of your back feet. keep it straight because it's hard to uncurl your toes when you're in pointe (trust me).

  • Zombie girl its not just showing that she can folklore on her foot it shows how strong her ankle!!!!!

  • dancers should not dance on pointe untill they are ready!!!!!!!!!!1 why do so many people post stuff about if they are ready 4 pointe if the were there teacher would teel them

  • oke well im sorry but all this video proves is that you can roll on to the ball of your foot

  • its all good you just wernt really pointing your foot in the begining you were just curling your toes :/ other wise its all good!

  • you have very nice feet, however I think you need to be careful about sickling in your left foot. other than that, you are very good and don't listen to any of the perverted comments below!! :)

  • Your toes make me hard.

  • Nice feet, you made me cum.

  • this is the sexiest thing i have ever seen!!!

  • @soonstarify yeah, cuz all guys can stop themselves from getting erections...LOL

  • @soonstarify It's a compliment. Get over it.

  • Your feet look nice, try turning out your standing foot more, though.

  • I got an erection for some reason.

  • I'm dancing for almost 8 years of ballet, i'm seventeen and i'm now almost a year on points. One thing i learned what i did not see you do, were youre enckles. They were not almost against eachother and our teacher always says that we have to. (Sorry for my bad Englisch, it's not my mother language).

  • you have beautiful arches! keep up the good work!:)

  • wow you are sooooo turned in plzzzzzzzzzzzz work on your turn out it looks really bad!!! agh!

  • What studio do you go to? Your arch is amazing, how do you get it that high, lol, I have okay arches but I'm looking to get them higher. If there are any tips for an amateur fellow ballet dancer, I would love to hear them!

  • Mmmm you almost loose your arches, looks like they'll fall at any moment

  • Try pushing a little extra weight over your toes on your releve, it will improve your arch to stretch a little overboard, and you sickle a bit on both of your feet. Oops lol this video was posted 2 years ago...haha

  • you look like you are leaning toward your pinky toe on your left foot.

  • very nice

  • tbh i wouldnt put you on point i have been on point for 4 years and the arch is not as high as it should be sorry x but anyway nice relevey

  • nice relevei

  • your vid has nothen to do wiv the dangers

  • hence why she put (RE:)

  • Your arches are alright....just make sure that you are turning out your supporting leg, dont know if you do so in class but you are not in this video, its will really help align your posture...legs, hips and engages your tummy muscles..it is painful..but trust me its worth it. Better results x

  • Just make sure you use your full releve potential.

  • wow i am so jealous of your feet!!

    they are truly beautiful!

you are awesome my girl. xD

  • Just Rewatched this video again for the umteenth time. You have such beautiful legs and your talent is just fantastic.

  • Oh my god you have BEAUUUUTIFUL feet! I'm so jealous. My feet are literally flat as can be at the top. From underneath, my arch is actually pretty high but my feet look soo horrible in class. :(

  • don't worry about that. a few years ago i bought ballett slippers, and my feet were looking horrible. now i have tight ones and they look better. i have also flat feet and a baaaad turnout, BUT my teacher said, and she was a professional dancer at a opera ensemble, i am talented. so don't worry, sometimes it depends on other things =).

  • maby you have fallen arches or pronated feet ? :-)

  • are you holding on to something?

  • Comment removed

  • This may be easy. it'll help prepare for pointe though..

  • And I thought your right foot was bendy... then I saw your left.

    Good God. :]

  • Were u holding onto anything? If not, then your feet are really strong!! I can't stay there for very long or I will shake. XD, anyway, I never learn ballet b4 but I am going to learn maybe next year so I am practising. I hope I will have strong feet when I start learning ballet so I can go on pointe faster^.^

  • Wow you have amazing feet!!!!! Where do you dance?

  • pointe on bare feets is rly sexy when a woman does it ;) anyway XD

it looks real nice, on school we are on the subject ballet (well for 2 hours atleast). its rly cool, but i cant do it ^^ think i will break my toes (or how u write it ^^)

but keep the good work up :D

  • wow you are doing really good! just one thing you need to work on. try going a little higher when you are on demi pointe. it will help you a lot when you are on pointe.good luck!!!

  • Thanks for the help :) xx

  • no problem.

  • Do you already go to a studio?

  • yes :) ive been dancing for 10 years x

  • cool! I've been dancing since I was four. You do the math since I don't feel like it ok! :) haha jk.

  • DAMN

im starting pointe VERYY soon. any pointers? (lol)

  • Atually people are wrong about teaching yourself pointe shoes Cos I DID and i am really good at it cos my friends a ballerina shes 30 and she looked at it and she was like OMG how did you?

  • People aren't WRONG, they are absolutely correct in highlighting the DANGERS of teaching yourself pointe. It apparetly worked fine for you, and that's all well and good, but the fact is, it can be dangerous and isn't really worth the risk. It just isn't a good idea in general. We aren't WRONG, we're being CAREFUL.

  • Do you see how your bottom leg isn't turned out? Just to let you know... I don't know if you know that or not. And dancyprancy12, you can't tell from this video whether or not a dancer is ready to go en pointe. It's a combonation of muscle strength in the whole leg, as well as the arch, turn out, and pull up, as well as many other things.

You do have amazing arches, though... I'm jealous. :) I don't know if you go to a studio or not, but just a little training goes a long way. Good luck! :)

  • You probably would know about that bottom leg... I saw that you have a pointe vid. Congrats! (the last paragraph was just advice I'd give to anyone, not like anything suggesting you aren't very good. 'cause you are. and, obviously, you are ready for pointe! :) and, now that I see that, I can tell that you have had training. Lovely job!)

  • Oh, it's supposed to be parallel. Hehe... It's late and I'm tired and I'm procrastinating, so... Sorry. Don't mind me. I'll just sit here and bable...

  • haha! that was a few comments! its fine honestly! yes i did knoe about my leg being turned in, it was supposed to be, haha! I will check out your vids, thanks so much! xxx

  • omg please will someone tell me what this meens because all your doing is basic ballet techniques please your not explaining anything!!!!!!!!! >:O >:O

  • Um I think you are on your way but you aren't yet ready for pointe work, check out lisa howell vids, and some of mine! Coolio!

  • balerinababe has the stregth to go on pointe her arch is good her feet are good and her legs are straight!

  • Yeah sure!! Thanks :) I have just crated a new account so i will be uploading these videos again xxx
