old 27's in the last part of video ,today it's now a museum and memorial to fallen fire fighters ,new 27's is right next door ,located in hollywood california
That three stall station shown at the end. I believe is a museum now, but I wonder how many other of those beautiful old stations from the twenties and thirties are still in use as fire houses?
Holy crap, station 27 is like a clown car for fire trucks. They just keep coming out of the bays!!!!!!!

Growing up in LA back in the 1960s it amazing to see how beautiful these Fire Stations are compared to the cookie cutter Fire Stations of today.

Where I grew up, in St, Joseph, Mo, almost all the older two story stations are still in use.
I think only three of their nine stations are less than 40 years old.

@narutofightindreamer alot of them are. I know of a fire department that had their brand new engine company built to fit their 1922 station
