  • want to sale it

  • @coolkarts9 Sorry its not for sale.

  • Vortex wind 😃

  • Looks better than my go kart. Nice tires, big, good for off-roading. Did you use caliper brakes, or band brakes?

  • @ExMan256 I used band brakes and they seem to work ok. I originally wanted to buy the original yamaha blaster front brake system and run that because it still will all bolt right in. But It stops fine with just the band brake and I didnt have the money to by the front blaster brake system. The frame I used for the front end was stripped of it all.

  • awesome dude

  • @cotequadsport Thanks Man!!!

  • What kind of engine is on it and where did you get it?

  • @PorscheM4DMan944 It is a powermax 16hpe. That company got bought out or changed names or something and last I knew it was duromax. I bought it on ebay a while ago and if I remember right it was like 380 shipped for the electric start one. I think they are in the 400 range now. They are not listed as much on ebay as they use to be.

  • @xljimmy89 Thanks man, Its a really sweet go kart...About how fast will it go?

  • @PorscheM4DMan944 Thanks! I clocked it at 43 mph on the road. I did gear it up a little for that. It worked fine most of the time but in sand I like the original gearing I had. If I remember right the the jackshaft had something real small like 8t and I put a 12 on it.

  • dude, that is awesome

  • @wildriveful Thanks for the complement man! I appreciate it!

  • xljimmy89 no it isn't spam check em' out one one of them tell you how to install a band brake on a go kart and the lubrication of a centrifugal clutch

  • That´s a monsterkart

  • Nice car but where did you buy the wheels ?

  • @fdz413x The front are off a yamaha blaster and the rear are generic knobby 22-11-8 tires. They are the original tires on the gokart before I hacked it up.

  • put video of how u made it

  • @aaronlamb21 Check my other videos. I have one of pictures of the progress as I was building it. Its labeled Multiple short clips. I also have a video walk around of it showing it in more detail. That one is labeled video walk around.

  • to learn how to lubracte a go kart clutch go to: go kart clutch lubrication by: george2011k

  • @george2011k Cool! Thanks!

  • For Sale??????

  • @dAbAlLeRS360

    No sorry.

  • how mutch horsepower is it on that thing?

  • @rekord20se It has a 16hp powermax engine. Now called duromax.

  • good job!

  • @MORPHEUSou812 Thanks!

  • you spin my hed right rond right round

  • @TheVuduman lol

  • if that thing rolls, you bet his neack will be in pain. you need more added on tho the frame.

  • @twag0735 yea it does! Also if it blows up and catches on fire I may need a fire suit too! And if it flies off a cliff I need a parachute. And if it crashes in a lake I need a life jacket! LOL Im just kidding around. You are right though, some more roll over protection would not hurt! Thanks for reply. Be safe.

  • @xljimmy89 haha... at first i thought you were serious... until i got to the thing about the parachute. lol.

  • @twag0735 lol

  • @xljimmy89 what about say a taller hoop at the back like youve got. then one on each side tied into the front. so if you by chance do go over. youll come out of it better off. damn thing is sweet lookin tho i must admit

  • I got a video of it when it was a straight axle. Ruff rider for sure it was, but tonight will be launch time with my new rear end set up... With the ratio i got it should pull the front tires.. So I'll send a video to ya..

  • @TheIndy50016 Cool! Thanks!!

  • Nice job! Im building one as we speak and it will be on you tube bye the end of this week.

  • @TheIndy50016 Thanks for compliment! I checked yours out and its looking pretty cool! Reply when yours is done or attache a video response so I can check yours out!

    Thanks

  • putin a 11 clone in my gokart, its a dune buggy frame that we choped toped so itd fit in the back of my truck. what size of tire is in the front of urs? mine is a 8" wheel in back with 22"tire, but not sure what i want in the front yet.

  • @sc3n3cor3 Sounds like yours is pretty cool! I believe my front tires are 21? I cant say for sure and I dont have it at my house right now to check. I think they are factory blaster tires. I do remember the rims are 10".

  • @xljimmy89 thanks, yah urs is cool too..

i would go alittle smaller on the tires with mine just cuz we have to alter the frame to make them fit, but i basically got them for free.

what size in engine are you runnin?

  • @sc3n3cor3 When you get yours done, send me a video or even pictures if you get a chance to. Love to see it. My motor is a powermax 16hpe. They are now called Duromax. Powermax got bought out I guess?? Biggest inprovement you can do to them is over ride the governor. You dont really have to remove the governor but just being able to control the throttle without the governor linkage involved makes a huge difference. Just watch over reving. It accelerate faster not just more top end.

  • @xljimmy89 alright will do.

how much did ur engine cost, for a honda clone 11hp its 279.

i kinda have a budget on how much i can spend, i expect mine will total out to bout 400ish.

  • @sc3n3cor3 My motor was 370 I think shipped with electric start. I think they went up some now. I got my cart as a stock dinge for 350 running. I blew the 8hp motor and got a yamaha blaster frame with front end and made this monster, lol. If I did it again I would make it bigger. But then I wanted it to fit in a dodge dakota quad cab which dont have much room in the bed. Was fun building and funner to drive! Thanks for comments!

  • @xljimmy89 cool id like to spend under 300 for a motor though.

i think my cart will way a total of around 100lbs maybe alittle more plus the motor. so gunna need a decent powered motor.

lol a dodge quad cab on a gokart? thatd be badass but hard to picture, it would have to be big. =]

  • @sc3n3cor3

I think I stated that funny, lol. I wanted IT to fit in the bed of a dakota quad cab.

  • @xljimmy89 lol yah i thought you ment put the kota body on a big gokart. thats fine. lol

yah i need mine to fit in the back of my truck, wich is a single cab long box ranger. i bet mine wont fit, goin to have to tie it onto the truck.

  • great mod to a dingo, the real power it needed great job

  • I like it. Good work.

  • LOL I have one of those under powered dingo's with a tecumseh 10HP motor in it just drags ass. I was thinking of a cr 250 2 stroker and some suspension like that.

    Nice sir

  • Thank you!

If you do put a cr 250 motor in it, let me know, that sounds awesome!!!

  • @oafaloaf if u do make a vid that sounds awsome

  • How fast can it go?

  • thats a cool track. aweseom go kart !

  • beastt

  • dude can i buy it off you

  • bad

  • Why not any sound, and why only 11 seconds, thats to the point where your wasting the internet. Unless you have dial-up.

  • how fast were you going?

  • Not sure? 15-20 maybe. Just guessing.

  • Give it a little fiber glass body, and some turn signals, and you have your first car.

  • awsome^^

  • bmw m5? lol thats sweet i guess.. i might be able to do something like that when my dad gets new rims for his 650i

  • i'm using my dads old 18inch wheels of his m5 as my rear tyres

  • DUDE! u cant take weels and rims from a actual car and put it on a Gokart....

    RUKRAZY!

  • aye you can just need the right knowledge how to do it

  • the thing is 10 times bigger than u

  • if u can send me a message where u got ever thing i can probly build it with my dads tools

  • I got it of eBay. It was little under $400 with the electric start. It was a Great buy.

  • circles are fun....

  • where did u get a clutch to fit that motor i have a 13hp and cant find a clutch to fit it

  • u have to make it

    think thats hard,

we are using an 18 horse lol!

  • I want to make one so badly! I'm hoping today if I go looking around I'll be able to find an engine offa lawnmower or sumthing cuz I have sumthing I can use as the go kart. If anyone knows anywhere I can buy a cheap but gud engine plz tell me

  • if you want a cheap engine go to princess auto they have a 6.5 horse powerfist for like 120$ there nock offs but there built well and a clutch is like 30$.

  • alrite thanks

  • by nock offs do u mean a hell of alot slower and less powerful than a honda, and can u do alot to upgrade them thanks

  • could u send me the plans for that?

or send me the website or store u got it from. thanks

  • send me the website for the plans... thanks.

Send them to my account inbox. Thanks

  • What is your Gearing?

  • Hello,

I cant remember off hand but it was pretty much stock gearing. It didnt top out a whole lot but had lots of low end.

  • u didnt built tat i seen those other places

  • Ok, I posted a complete step by step of the build on 2 web sites.

  • What are the site that i can take a look at the step by step? Thanks

  • what's that site called?

i want to make one either

    sorry for my english!

  • WOW to loud

  • sweet go kart!!! but how is it fun to ride on that small track

  • LOL, that track is just a period in this sentence compared to the rest. It is actually state land with a few combined trails and it runs something between 75-90 miles I believe.

  • what of frame did you use

  • It is a modified Manco Dingo frame but not really much original is left.

  • i looked at your video befor i ended up getting a maco dingo. i have a 5 hp engine on it and have lots of plans to modify im going to keep the roll cage though im thinking of putting and indifferent axle in the back and put shocks on that and making an independent axle in the front like on buggies where the shocks push the tires down on the ground for traction over bumps and stuff. change the engine and get a smaller spocket put on for speed, seatbelt, windshield lights, everything u can think of

  • Very nice job, I think the roll bar needs to be taller though. I wish I had skills to build one that well.

  • Yea it is short but looked stupid taller. I planned on adding more but havent yet. One day I didnt have those skills and with the patients and wanting to do it you could learn.

  • the best job i've seen so far!!!! thinking of buyiny that same engine or i'm a put my 250 kaw. ninja motor on it, can u send me pics and pointers.

  • i think some seconds are missing at the end :O

  • Usually homemade gokarts suck. This is actually pretty impressive.

  • sweet i wish i had time to put mine on the net. its a cb750 2 seater bucket seats and 4 point harnesses complet 1 3/4 rollcage with with enough lights to piss my neibor off

  • nice work how long did it take you to make it and how much money

  • It is a 16hp honda clone made by powermax. Thanks for the pat on the back :)

  • is it a 5.5hp or 13.hp when i first sore it i thort it was a proper one not a homemade one pat on da back good job.
