  • so its still necessary to bake it after pan-frying it. what would your over- temp be? how long will you have to bake it? at saka most importantly, OLIVE OIL! healthy as it may be, but, consider the fact that your cooking for "PINOY'S" and not all pinoys will be able to afford its price.

    nice recipe, anyway.

    3 thumbs-up! that includes my right big toe!

  • olive oil is not for frying o.o

  • @S2MiRaS2 hmmmm.... some people actually use olive oil for frying. I've seen cooking shows use olive oil for this purpose. I've used it as well. Believe me, you will notice the difference. :D

  • @MayumiMarie but all i know that there r some oil that u can use for frying such as canola oil sunflower oil ..etc except olive oil

    olive oil is to use in cold dishes such as salads or to saute anything but its not good for higher temperature such as fryin search it =]

  • @S2MiRaS2

    @MayumiMarie

    There's different kinds of olive oil. Lite olive oil is usually used for cooking. And the higher quality olive oils - such as extra-virgin and virgin - are used for cold dishes.

    When used for frying, olive oil will not convert to saturated fat because oxidation occurs when the oil is burning. However, I think you're talking about the storing of olive oil. High temperatures diminish the quality. =]]
