so its still necessary to bake it after pan-frying it. what would your over- temp be? how long will you have to bake it? at saka most importantly, OLIVE OIL! healthy as it may be, but, consider the fact that your cooking for "PINOY'S" and not all pinoys will be able to afford its price.
i make home made butter milkl... when i make ghee but blending cream and water all tht is left over is rich butter milk.. i think it can be best for this recipe..
I like your videos.... But i can't stop LOL because your all like bing bong and at 3:19 you sound so white, your like "Fried Chicken." Just thought it was funny good vid.
@Emilyaucoin WRONG! Natural Buttermilk is just Whole Milk with all the cream and butterfat still left in it , unseparated! If one takes 1 cup of regular milk, Whole or 2% , Warmed and add 1 tbsp of Vinegar or Lemon juice and then let stand for 5 minutes, that is equal to 1 cup Buttermilk ( Substitute )

I love love love this recipe, ever-time my family wants fired chicken I just make it this way and it's a big hit! I also cook the chicken in the pressure cooker first that way it is cooked thoroughly .
You are good! You're speaking in two different languages at the same time and I can understand you! Excellent word placement! Also this is the simplest method I've seen, easy and the chicken looks like KFC style, I'm soooo trying this! :D
@S2MiRaS2 hmmmm.... some people actually use olive oil for frying. I've seen cooking shows use olive oil for this purpose. I've used it as well. Believe me, you will notice the difference. :D
There's different kinds of olive oil. Lite olive oil is usually used for cooking. And the higher quality olive oils - such as extra-virgin and virgin - are used for cold dishes.
When used for frying, olive oil will not convert to saturated fat because oxidation occurs when the oil is burning. However, I think you're talking about the storing of olive oil. High temperatures diminish the quality. =]]
