Gun on Gun in BF3 looks like war , and its so realistic compared to MW3. You have to take in account that the guns have gun sway, gravity, bullet drop, recoil and some of them are noneffective in close quarter combat. I did enjoy the MW series, but somewhere allong the road they all look the same. BF3 on the other hand is a totally different game than BF2. BF3 is a fps that needs skill and a tactical brain to counter the enemy ....

Anyone confirm this but the aek is stated to have the same fire rate as the m416 of around 750rpm yet it seems to fire off a mag a lot faster around 800rpm, is this just a rounding thing or something?

This gun is stupid. I always target people first using an A-91 or SG-553, and they spin around and insta-kill me. This rifle should NOT overpower carbines at close quarters. The Assault class just seems a little over powered.

First and foremost, I just started using AEK 2 days ago. I used to SCAR and M249. Damn, this gun is amazing. I dont know what it is about it, just owesome gun. Great power, kills quick and i can aim much faster than any other gun. The only thing that sux is that it comes w Assault Class only. I wish it came with Engineer or Support class, which is what I use mostly. As far as maps, each has their own kirk, sometimes u feel like using vehicles, sometimes just gun fights. DICE did good. Nice vid

mw3 is just mw2 upgraded to where no scopes and quicks scopes r so common i quit quick scoping and bf3 is balanced very good but the matches are very long... and the highest minutes ive evar played is 15-18mins and that pretty long and on the other hand mw3 the average time of a match 10 mins

To all people wondering how to get that gun (AEK-971) you have to play the assault class until you level it about...five or six times, im not sure but it is the second assault only gun you unlock the m416 being the first. (btw the m416 SUCKS recoil is crazy!)

Did dice make a good move? Did the TV executive who switched over to reality shows make a good move? Both are examples of moving from a more sophisticated but niche market into a an easier, mass-appeal approach. Financially, this will likely yield large dividends. Old battlefield fans will still play (just not those maps), while a portion of the "Cod kid" market will come. They make more money, so on the business side it is a great decision. However, that niche market will obviously be unhappy.
