How about raising $700 billion with a one-time wealth tax? Shared by annual incomes over $1 million, a cash bailout of wall street by wealthy investors, CEOs and financial elite. Make it permanent and within a year the US can finally have a healthcare system, save social security, fix public education, and begin rebuilding its infrastructure!
