For people who are just starting out machnes are a godsend, it enforces proper form, no need for spotting, and they are simple, begginers can really build up their strength and gain muscle, then move onto free weights where stabalising muscles come into play, so the only actual difference between machines is the elimination of stabalising muscles and in some cases machines can teach you proper range of motion and speed in which to lower and lift etc. hope your leg heals soon tho n good luck

understandably, you haven't charged anything on bulk up fast, but you now come across as just like every other one of those 'i'll help, but at a price' kind of guys.
I think there's easier was of promoting a site than creating a different site, in a TOTALLY different niche, and helping people out with it for free, for over a year. The facts are simple - you follow the plan in bulkupfast, you will get bigger. You don't have to pay a penny for this. If that's a scam, it's the worst one ever.
OK, update coming today, but I'm 29, about 13 stone at the minute (was 14 st 2 at my peak last year), height 6.2.
Are you on the mailing list for bulkupfast? I'm going to send out an email before the weekend that explains EXACTLY how to figure out if a weight gainer is any good or not. I get a ton of emails asking 'Is Super Mass 3000 XXXXX' any good every day - it's gonna save me a lot of time if you guys know how to figure this out for yourselves.
Its easier to mix I find plus where I got it comes with a free shaker and free CREATINE powder all for 36 quid, each to their own I guess, I now have both though,

Serious Mass mixes ok if you put it in a shaker with a grid on the inside and really mix it up hard. Although Vanilla is the only one I find palatable (just about).

The servings on serious mass are huge - that's why I recommend half servings (1 scoop, 625 calories). It's the best one I could find for the price.
i hear you on the "too embarrassed coz you're skinny" thing. i was really nervous to start with, but apart from one guy who just stared at my chest (or lack of it) when i got out the shower once, everyone just gets on with it and worries about themselves (too fat, too skinny, not muscley enough etc). you're an inspiration, keep it up!
your biceps looks different that's good man, I am thinking that you are in a better shape than when trained your full body, I am glad for you man you deserve it Peace!!!!! lol

Best thing to do is rest it until it gets better - you don't want to make it worse.
