How bought we have checkpoints like this in Washington??That might turn the tables when the politicians get treated the same as "adverage Joe" just trying to get on a damn airplane!!
Hey, you're doing a great job checking all European IDs. I support your efforts completely you should also be checking the IDs of blacks and Asians as well, as they are not native to this land. You don't want to be racist, do ya? All your modern conveniences, electric lighting, computers, autos, the wheel, etc etc, thank a European American for that. you wouldn't have it otherwise. Have a good one.
@RennyGd You are really naive huh? All of our modern convenience COME FROM CHINA, ahhahahaha. Look at all of your "modern conveniences", where are they made? MADE IN CHINA
btw, European Americans didn't independantly invent those conveniences, they actually usd the previous knowledge base of Chinese, Indians, Arabs, and the Maya. Have a good one, lmao.
@EndemicEpistemology You're partially correct, but the Euro centric people brought the knowledge all together and made it happen. The Chinese and Arabs both had great societies, but the pre columbian Americans weren't doing anything to further humanity along, and don't tell me about the Maya and their astronomy and calender making. A number of civilizations, Arabs and Chinese among them, were doing the same thing. Good day sir.
Of course these people impersonating ICE agents are breaking the law by pretending to be federal agents. They are also violating civil rights by illegally demanding to see identification documents and taking photos of people without their permission. Under the Arizona law, only people being stopped for some other violation of the law will be asked for identification paperwork not everyone at random. This was an exercise in stupidity.
@ken345a This was an exercise in truth. Europeans are illegal immigrants since 1492. They occupy indigenous land and then deny entry to the very people that they stole the land from? the very people who gave them corn, chocolate, beans, squash, chewing gum, tomatos, and onions...that is ludicrous. Euro-Americans need to wake up and realize that they are foreigners to this land.
@EndemicEpistemology If you really want to go back that far and hold today's people responsible for crimes of the past, maybe I should remember the Mexican's that attacked people in my family at the Alamo........... that had Cherokee blood in them. @EndemicEpistemology Wow.. another moron living in the past. If I lived in the past, then the Cherokee blood that flows in my veins, aalbeit small, would want your scalp white man. Do not speak for blood that you do not have. You have no right to speak about my heritage of the First Peoples and our Nation. And Mexicans have NO RIGHT to illegally enter our country, live here, and call it THEIR land.
@yankeegal01 Wow! another moron oblivious to current and modern circumstances. First of all, if you were Tsalagi as you claim, then you would know that according to anthropologists, the Tsalagi actually migrated North from Mexico. Second of all, Mexicans are indigenous on both sides of the Mexican/American border, just ask the Kickapoo, or the Yaqui, or the Tohono O'Odham, or the Kiliwa, or the Apache, or the Pima, etc. Also, Mexicans were ALREADY in this country long before it was USA, MORON
@EndemicEpistemology This isn't about history, it's about LAW and NATIONS. If there are rights to North America for Tsalagi, then why can't I just walk across the US/.MX border into Mexico, and live, work, and have all the rights that a legal MX citizen has? Oh wait, because Mexico has immigration laws, that they enforce! Hypocrite. Keep chasing your tail little boy... you'll soon dig yourself into a hole you can't get out of.
@yankeegal01 Law and Nations? Europeans broke all of the laws of the Indigenous nations and now you want those same nations to obey their colonial laws? It is time for DECOLONIZATION. Lets hold every Japanese today accountable for Pearl Harbor. Lets hold every German acountable for the Holocaust. Lets hold ever Russian responsible for the Cold War. Lets hold every Mexican responsible for the Alamo. Lets just hold everyone in the world responsible for their ancestors country's actions.*
@yankeegal01 People like you make me sick. White people have committed the worst crimes against humanity and they NEVER are accountable for their actions. You people don't know how to be reponsible for your own actions. You invade OUR LAND, OUR CONTINENT...then set up disgraceful laws like slavery and now making Mexicans "illegal" in their own land. In 2010, let's learn TODAY not to pass shameful laws like YESTERDAY.
@EndemicEpistemology Okay, I let my emotions get the best of me. Sorry for generalizing my White brothers, I know not all of you racist and ignorant and undeducated...some White people do hold themselves accountable. I love them
@EndemicEpistemology Obviously you haven't looked in the mirror lately when you've said the word "racist". Need I mention the words "La Raza"? The "special" race, in so many ways.
@yankeegal01 There you go again embarrasing yourself. Why don't you say the same thing about the Dineh? or the O'odahm? Dineh and O'odham translate to the same word, Raza, "People". Raza is a Spanish word, the preferred word is actually Tlacah, which means the same thing in English "People", or Spanish "Raza", or Dineh "People", or O'odham "People".
Please stop using your Euro-centric eye glasses to try and understand the indigenous point of view.
@EndemicEpistemology Wow, do you sing the MX national anthem all the time? Sore loser.. that's all Mexicans are.. of course they should be used to defeat... they were enslaved by the Spaniards. They lost the US/MX war. And in the "thousands" of years, they have been so "superior", they haven't been able to bring MX out of the third world. Wow... such a wonderful thing for "La Raza". So tell me kiddo, those tEuropeans hat refuse to leave the US just what are you going to do with them? Humm?
@yankeegal01 Mexicans are still here today. Many tribes in the US would still be called "Mexican" if you hadn't stolen that part of Mexico. In fact, even the tribe that you claim to descend from originated in Mexico. btw, it's a joke among native people when white people claims descent from the Cherokee...please don't do that again, it's hella funny. Let me guess, your grandmother was a cherokee princess? lmao, hahahaha
@EndemicEpistemology Hey, kiddo, we didn't steal it. We bought it. And no Cherokees are NOT descendents of Mexico.... nice try! Thanks for playing! And I don't give a damn whether you believe I'm Cherokee or not. But it doesn't change any fact that those who are against illegal immigration are the majority, not the minority. And soon, no more anchor babies! Welcome to change. Have a nice day, dukshanee!
@yankeegal01 You didn't buy it from my ancestors. So it was stolen from my ancestors. You may have bought it from somebody who was coerced or even drunk on your whiskey, but he didn't speak for my people. So, if you didn't buy it from me, I guess you stole it.
As for the Cherokees, there is ample anthropological evidence that points to the Tsalagi having originated in Mexico. There is even a Cherokee Nation of Mexico, look it up and stop living in ignorance.
@yankeegal01 Hey, you keep making circles. MEXICANS ARE NOT IMMIGRANTS, hence to use the term "illegal immigration" in reference to Mexicans denotes your true ignorance. Anchor babies are those Europeans descendants like yourself who are not indigenous but try to pretend you all descend from a Cherokee princess.
@EndemicEpistemology Mexicans are from MEXICO..... Mexican is NOT a race.. Hispanic is a race. I'm sorry that Mexican Spanish doesn't differentate between the two words... just like "La Raza" means "The Race". So are you going to now say that "Raza" is a race?. And if it weren't for my ancestors (who have been in this country since the 1750s) fighting for this country, YOU wouldn't have a pot to piss on trying to STEAL away what we have rightfully won in war, or PAID your country for!
@yankeegal01 MEXICO? Oh, you are one of those Americans with AMNESIA who forgot that Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, California, Nevada, Utah and parts of Colorado and Oklahoma WAS MEXICO...so, I guess MEXICANS will always be at home.
1750's...is that all? All of my relatives have been fighting illegal immigration since 1492, people like Tecumseh, Pontiac, Geronimo, Crazy Horse, Sitting Bull, Cuahtemoc, Tenamaxtli, and many others...
@yankeegal01 You are obviously ignorant of the reason that Mexico enforces their immigration laws. Where do you think those "immigrants are going? TO THE US. Mexico only enforces their laws to benefit the US government. All of the military chekpoints check people going NORTH, not going SOUTH. DAMN, I GET SO TIRED OF IGNORANT PEOPLE SPEAKING WITHOUT ACTUALLY KNOWING. Go back to Europe!
@EE Obviously you don't know the difference between the words immigration & emigration. And you agree that Mexico does not enforce their own emigration laws by actually helping its citizens break their own emigration laws & our country's immigration laws. That my friend, is how invasions & wars begin. Obviously you've never been to Mexico, where there are Military checkpoints on all main roads about ever 20 miles. So why does MX actually enforce their immigration laws on Central American?
@yankeegal01 I've been to Mexico, and the military checkpoints don't check the GRINGOS going south. Military Checkpoints check EVERYBODY going NORTH to the USA. You see, Mexico is actually enforcing USA immigration, but you Gringos are too ignorant to know what your own government does. The Mexican president is a puppet of the USA. Mexico enforces their immigration laws to help the USA because the USA gives Mexico money, GOT IT?
@EE Oh EE? Since I have Cherokee blood in me... and if you have not taken the legal steps to become a legal US citizen, GET OFF MY LAND. Tell me, if someone invaded your home, would you invite them in, freely give them your money, food and home? If you say no, then you are a hypocrite! When illegal immingrants respect our land instead of trashing it, or respecting our laws instead of mocking them, then perhaps they will earn respect from legal US citizens. Until then... DEPORT.
@yourmomrulez Hey stoner? Maybe you need to stop listening to bad metal, and listen to Megadeath's "Peace Sells, But Who's Buying". You just might learn something while you sit around unemployed.
@yankeegal01 Yup, because the white man SURE showed you that respect when they landed on shore with their mayflower and made you abide by their laws that they created on YOUR land...
@lab4x16 So you like EE want to hold all people's ancestors accountable for things that happened over 100-200-300 years ago? Wow. Nice mentality. Oh, but lets not forget Mexico never forgetting about the past. Their national anthem for example, a song that was written shortly after the US./MX war in 1853 that was adoped in 1943. "Mexicans, at the cry of War" because they lost the war, and land. A song which Mexico doesn't even own the property rights to.
@yankeegal01 WE DID INVITE YOU WHITE PEOPLE INTO OUR LAND. WE GAVE YOU CORN TO EAT(which comes from Mexico), SQUASH(which comes from Mexico), TURKEY(which comes from Mexico), ONIONS, (which comes from Mexico), TOMATOS(which comes from Mexico), CHOCOLATE(which comes from Mexico), etc. And what did you do to our people when we were friendly and fed your hungry ass? you gave us smallpox infested blankets. btw, CHEROKEE's ALSO CAME FROM MEXICO, and its TSALAGI, not Cherokee.
I'd say I'm sorry, have you seem me commit a crime? If not, then you have no right to ask me for identification. READ THE LAW. Touch me, and I'll have you arrested for assault. Nazi liberal morons twisting the facts into something they are not. And this comes from someone who does have Native American blood in them. ILLEGAL is not a race, ITS A CRIME.
@yankeegal01 EXACTLY! That is the law in all other states, but not in AZ since the passing of SB1070. It is mind boggling, but even state officials deny this is not the case, but the law explicitly mentions that you can be stopped and asked for your documents if they saw "reasonable suspicion" that might have led them to believe you are undocumented, which can be done mostly based on appearance or racial profile.
@iinveiin Please tell me exactly where it says this in SB1070? Because it doesn't say that, at least the version I read. The only time they can ask for "papers" is if you are stopped by law enforcement if suspected of a crime. NOT just walking up and asking. So in other words, please tell me exactly where it states that... I guarantee you won't find it. Read the bill instead of listening to morons.
@yankeegal01 try looking at life. you know nothing about being stopped by ICE or being racially profiled. they can stop you for any reason at all. wake up son.
@XOLAGRAFIK So are we talking about the FEDERAL law which concerns ICE or are we talking about the STATE law which concerns Arizona. I ask you again, where does it say in teh Arizona law, which this video is about. BTW, regarding racial profiling, the Supreme Court ruled a few years ago that racial profiling is legal. And if Im legal, why should I care if I get stopped? I have nothing to hide. Don't you carry your driver's licence with you, or are you illegal?
@yankeegal01 Please quote the case which the Supreme Court ruled that racial profiling based on someone's ethnic origin, language, or skin color is legal? US citizens are not required by law to prove US citizenship. If a federal agent asks you for your papers, you are not required to prove anything nor to even answer that agent a single word except your name. As to "illegal", 99% of Americans drive over the speed limit, that makes them all illegal. Please differentiate, the word is UNDOCUMENTED
@EndemicEpistemology In Mueller v. Mena, 544 US 93 (2005), SCOTUS ruled unanimously that state and local law enforcement officers may indeed ask about the immigration status of detained person.
@EndemicEpistemology No, its not undocumented, its ILLEGAL... Its a CRIME, just like speeding... ITS ILLEGAL. What part of ILLEGAL do you NOT understand? They are here ILLEGALLY, they crossed the US border ILLEGALLY, the obtained jobs ILLEGALLY, they use false IDs which is ILLEGAL. What part of ILLEGAL do you not understand? Why are you protecting CRIMINALS? Do you really hate the US that much? Have you adopted an illegal immigrant family lately? If not, you are a hypocrite!
@yankeegal01 Not a game. Its bad enough that you feel compelled to insult random people, worse that you insult them after basically conceding that they are correct. Don't hate me because I have a better grasp of important legal distinctions than you do.
And as a side note, you should be aware that not everyone who is opposed to SB 1070 is a "Dumocrat" as you call it. Neither am I. Many Libertarians and Republicans are appalled by the law as well.
@SirSpoilGrouch Concede they are correct? Where.. hardly. Typical of a liberal, changing the story to suit your agenda. I've proven you have no concept of law and your statements are incorrect. You have no grasp of anything, but your own delusions. I've proven you wrong showing it is a crime, and I've proven you wrong that you have to know English. The bottom line is that nealry 70% of the US citizens support this law. YOU sir, are a MINORITY in your thinking.
@yankeegal01 The majority how support this law are WHITE-EUROPEANS who would other wise be deported for being IMMIGRANTS themselves if the tables were turned. Don't worry though, that "MINORITY" thinking will be the MAJORITY by 2050. And if people like you continue to be Anti-Mexican, their sons and daughter will remember what you have done and when they are elected to congress and the senate they will pass laws to deport your sons and daughters. In 2050 the Law will be the LAW too, right?
@yankeegal01 If the Crime is being UNDOCUMENTED than that person has already been profiled by the police. Please tell me, what does an UNDOCUMENTED person look like? If you ask somebody from the Rez, they probably look like you. But if you ask a White Euro-Yankee, than they look like the ones on the Rez.
How many Euro-Americans are profiled? How many illegal Europeans from Canada, Ireland, France, Brittain, Germany, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Netherlands, etc are profiled?
@EndemicEpistemology Simple. if you have a valid state drivers license, or a valid US government issued ID, & you can speak basic English (one of the requirements of legal immigration), then you are probably not here illegally. However, if all you have is a Matricular Card, & no VIsa, then you are probably here illegally. How difiicult is that? And you forget, the AZ law stated during a lawful stop, not just stopping anyone & asking for ID. Stop trying to turn this into something its not.
@yankeegal01 Speaking English is NOT a requirement for someone to come to this country. That is the most absurd thing I have read in a while. Nice work of fiction.
@SirSpoilGrouch Yes it is. According to the USCIS. Please read up about the Naturalization Test on the USCIS website. Nice work of FICTION grouch.... "One of the requirements for U.S. citizenship through naturalization is to take the naturalization test to demonstrate that you are able to read, write, and speak basic English " So sowwy pweese, you a moron!
@yankeegal01 And again, playing my darned "semantics", your initial post addressed fluency as a requirement for "legal immigration". That is incorrect. And then you defended that with reference to becoming a naturalized citizen. Please try to understand that there is a difference between immigration and naturalization. For example, my sister-in-law is here legally, speaks very poor English, and is not a U.S. citizen.
@SirSpoilGrouch Oh, and the moral of the story is we don't toss people in prison for civil lawsuits. We do however, toss people in prison for criminal suits. You've been listening way too much to Napolitano.
@yankeegal01 I am saying that when anti-immigrant activists get all pissed off because immigrants claim that they are not criminals, they should at least be aware that tecnnically, the immigrants are correct.
And it should be embarassing to you and others that immigrants appear to understand our legal system better than you do.
"They shouldn't be entitled to ask for my ID"... I get the point they are trying to get across with this "ICE Checkpoint", but I personally have no issue with police asking me for my ID in ensuring I am a legal citizen. I have been pulled over before and had my ID ready to hand over because I assumed the police officer would want to check it to verify my identity. If you have a problem with police checking for IDs, you are living in the wrong generation.
Apparently these socialist/idiots have forgotten about the American-Indian war, the American-Mexican war, and the revolutionary American-British war. America is great because its the 'melting pot" of the world, not the dumping pot.
@highLIFEkelso What about the denial of the black and brown spices to this pot? Well, I guess some of the ingredients are still being missed from the great recipe US could be...
@lucianodalcol I love all people, but that doesn't mean as an American I'm responsible for financially supporting the poor people of the world. If anyone can just walk across the boarder and have the same rights and liberties as the citizens of this country; Then whats the point of having citizenship? Whats the point of having a boarder? See were I'm getting at? If your solution is amnesty for the 14,000,000+ Illegal's, your anti-American.
@highLIFEkelso First of all, the reason the U.S.A is rich in the first place is that they didn't export the gold, silver, and other treasures back to Europe as did Spain. When the USA forcefully "bought" and stole indigenous land, the wealth of natural resources that the Euro-Americans exploited made them filthy rich, the wealth stayed in the USA. Why is it a bad thing to be Anti-American? Americans raped my people, they murdered my people in masse, my people haven't done that to you.
@EndemicEpistemology Why does it have to be your people vs my people in your mind? I'm not filthy rich, and my family never raped anyone. Your ignorant, and a racist. Have fun with that buddy
@highLIFEkelso first of all, I don't know you and you don't know me. Who are my people according to you? and...who specifically are your people? Once we get that clear then we can hold an honest debate, otherwise it is just stupid arguing. You are not "filthy rich" but you advocate the deportation of indigenous people? you are not "filthy rich" but you are benefitting from the sins of your ancestors. Europeans raped the indigenous women, girls, boys, and elderly women, are you Euro-American?
@highLIFEkelso you are so right! just like if you hurt yourself and need help or food, i owe you nothing! i could just let you bleed on the road. no sweat.
@Jamson64 Seriously, the Constitution is there to protect all Americans from States and Municipalities that feel compelled to trod upon civil liberties.
@SirSpoilGrouch So why is it that the federal government has the right to trample on the US Constitution, when it serves their purpose, and not the will of the majority of legal citizens? You ar wrong, again, on your interpretation of law. The Constitution is to protect State rights from being overthrown by the Federal government.. to ensure the government does not have complete control. Again, you have no clue as to what you are talking about with your sidewalk lawyer talk on the "net.
@yankeegal01 Ummm...the Federal Government does not have the right to trample on the Constitution. You must have missed that day in school.
And I guess I must have missed the day in school when they taught you that States can simply ignore the Bill of Rights if it seems to present an inconvenience to them.

EndemicEpistemology 1 year ago
@EndemicEpistemology Hey, kiddo, we didn't steal it. We bought it. And no Cherokees are NOT descendents of Mexico.... nice try! Thanks for playing! And I don't give a damn whether you believe I'm Cherokee or not. But it doesn't change any fact that those who are against illegal immigration are the majority, not the minority. And soon, no more anchor babies! Welcome to change. Have a nice day, dukshanee!
yankeegal01 1 year ago
@yankeegal01 You didn't buy it from my ancestors. So it was stolen from my ancestors. You may have bought it from somebody who was coerced or even drunk on your whiskey, but he didn't speak for my people. So, if you didn't buy it from me, I guess you stole it.
As for the Cherokees, there is ample anthropological evidence that points to the Tsalagi having originated in Mexico. There is even a Cherokee Nation of Mexico, look it up and stop living in ignorance.
EndemicEpistemology 1 year ago

And if it weren't for my ancestors (who have been in this country since the 1750s) fighting for this country, YOU wouldn't have a pot to piss on trying to STEAL away what we have rightfully won in war, or PAID your country for!
yankeegal01 1 year ago

EndemicEpistemology 1 year ago
@EE Obviously you don't know the difference between the words immigration & emigration. And you agree that Mexico does not enforce their own emigration laws by actually helping its citizens break their own emigration laws & our country's immigration laws. That my friend, is how invasions & wars begin. Obviously you've never been to Mexico, where there are Military checkpoints on all main roads about ever 20 miles. So why does MX actually enforce their immigration laws on Central American?
yankeegal01 1 year ago
@yankeegal01 I've been to Mexico, and the military checkpoints don't check the GRINGOS going south. Military Checkpoints check EVERYBODY going NORTH to the USA. You see, Mexico is actually enforcing USA immigration, but you Gringos are too ignorant to know what your own government does. The Mexican president is a puppet of the USA. Mexico enforces their immigration laws to help the USA because the USA gives Mexico money, GOT IT?

Tell me, if someone invaded your home, would you invite them in, freely give them your money, food and home? If you say no, then you are a hypocrite! When illegal immingrants respect our land instead of trashing it, or respecting our laws instead of mocking them, then perhaps they will earn respect from legal US citizens. Until then... DEPORT.

ILLEGAL is not a race, ITS A CRIME.
yankeegal01 1 year ago
@yankeegal01 EXACTLY! That is the law in all other states, but not in AZ since the passing of SB1070. It is mind boggling, but even state officials deny this is not the case, but the law explicitly mentions that you can be stopped and asked for your documents if they saw "reasonable suspicion" that might have led them to believe you are undocumented, which can be done mostly based on appearance or racial profile.
iinveiin 1 year ago
@iinveiin Please tell me exactly where it says this in SB1070? Because it doesn't say that, at least the version I read. The only time they can ask for "papers" is if you are stopped by law enforcement if suspected of a crime. NOT just walking up and asking. So in other words, please tell me exactly where it states that... I guarantee you won't find it. Read the bill instead of listening to morons.
yankeegal01 1 year ago
@yankeegal01 try looking at life. you know nothing about being stopped by ICE or being racially profiled. they can stop you for any reason at all. wake up son.
XOLAGRAFIK 1 year ago
@XOLAGRAFIK So are we talking about the FEDERAL law which concerns ICE or are we talking about the STATE law which concerns Arizona. I ask you again, where does it say in teh Arizona law, which this video is about. BTW, regarding racial profiling, the Supreme Court ruled a few years ago that racial profiling is legal. And if Im legal, why should I care if I get stopped? I have nothing to hide. Don't you carry your driver's licence with you, or are you illegal?
yankeegal01 1 year ago
@yankeegal01 Please quote the case which the Supreme Court ruled that racial profiling based on someone's ethnic origin, language, or skin color is legal? US citizens are not required by law to prove US citizenship. If a federal agent asks you for your papers, you are not required to prove anything nor to even answer that agent a single word except your name. As to "illegal", 99% of Americans drive over the speed limit, that makes them all illegal. Please differentiate, the word is UNDOCUMENTED
EndemicEpistemology 1 year ago
@EndemicEpistemology In Mueller v. Mena, 544 US 93 (2005), SCOTUS ruled unanimously that state and local law enforcement officers may indeed ask about the immigration status of detained person.
yankeegal01 1 year ago
@EndemicEpistemology No, its not undocumented, its ILLEGAL... Its a CRIME, just like speeding... ITS ILLEGAL. What part of ILLEGAL do you NOT understand? They are here ILLEGALLY, they crossed the US border ILLEGALLY, the obtained jobs ILLEGALLY, they use false IDs which is ILLEGAL. What part of ILLEGAL do you not understand? Why are you protecting CRIMINALS? Do you really hate the US that much? Have you adopted an illegal immigrant family lately? If not, you are a hypocrite!
yankeegal01 1 year ago
@yankeegal01 Uhhhh....dude....speeding is not a crime. Neither is being in the U.S. without a proper visa. Both a civil offenses, not crimes.
Perhaps you should like, I dunno, SOMETHING about our legal system before you get all exercised.
SirSpoilGrouch 1 year ago
@SirSpoilGrouch Wow... if its not a crime, then why is there punishment? Playing a semantics game? Nice try dumocrat.
yankeegal01 1 year ago
@yankeegal01 Not a game. Its bad enough that you feel compelled to insult random people, worse that you insult them after basically conceding that they are correct. Don't hate me because I have a better grasp of important legal distinctions than you do.
And as a side note, you should be aware that not everyone who is opposed to SB 1070 is a "Dumocrat" as you call it. Neither am I. Many Libertarians and Republicans are appalled by the law as well.
SirSpoilGrouch 1 year ago
@SirSpoilGrouch Concede they are correct? Where.. hardly. Typical of a liberal, changing the story to suit your agenda. I've proven you have no concept of law and your statements are incorrect. You have no grasp of anything, but your own delusions. I've proven you wrong showing it is a crime, and I've proven you wrong that you have to know English. The bottom line is that nealry 70% of the US citizens support this law. YOU sir, are a MINORITY in your thinking.
yankeegal01 1 year ago
@yankeegal01 The majority how support this law are WHITE-EUROPEANS who would other wise be deported for being IMMIGRANTS themselves if the tables were turned. Don't worry though, that "MINORITY" thinking will be the MAJORITY by 2050. And if people like you continue to be Anti-Mexican, their sons and daughter will remember what you have done and when they are elected to congress and the senate they will pass laws to deport your sons and daughters. In 2050 the Law will be the LAW too, right?
EndemicEpistemology 1 year ago
@EndemicEpistemology A future teller now? Wow, you should get a job for the National Enquirer.
yankeegal01 1 year ago
@yankeegal01 If the Crime is being UNDOCUMENTED than that person has already been profiled by the police. Please tell me, what does an UNDOCUMENTED person look like? If you ask somebody from the Rez, they probably look like you. But if you ask a White Euro-Yankee, than they look like the ones on the Rez.
How many Euro-Americans are profiled? How many illegal Europeans from Canada, Ireland, France, Brittain, Germany, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Netherlands, etc are profiled?
EndemicEpistemology 1 year ago
@EndemicEpistemology Simple. if you have a valid state drivers license, or a valid US government issued ID, & you can speak basic English (one of the requirements of legal immigration), then you are probably not here illegally. However, if all you have is a Matricular Card, & no VIsa, then you are probably here illegally. How difiicult is that? And you forget, the AZ law stated during a lawful stop, not just stopping anyone & asking for ID. Stop trying to turn this into something its not.
yankeegal01 1 year ago
@yankeegal01 Speaking English is NOT a requirement for someone to come to this country. That is the most absurd thing I have read in a while. Nice work of fiction.
SirSpoilGrouch 1 year ago
@SirSpoilGrouch Yes it is. According to the USCIS. Please read up about the Naturalization Test on the USCIS website. Nice work of FICTION grouch.... "One of the requirements for U.S. citizenship through naturalization is to take the naturalization test to demonstrate that you are able to read, write, and speak basic English " So sowwy pweese, you a moron!
yankeegal01 1 year ago
@yankeegal01 And again, playing my darned "semantics", your initial post addressed fluency as a requirement for "legal immigration". That is incorrect. And then you defended that with reference to becoming a naturalized citizen. Please try to understand that there is a difference between immigration and naturalization. For example, my sister-in-law is here legally, speaks very poor English, and is not a U.S. citizen.
SirSpoilGrouch 1 year ago
@yankeegal01 Nope. Not a crime. A civil offense. Learn the difference.
SirSpoilGrouch 1 year ago
@SirSpoilGrouch Oh, and the moral of the story is we don't toss people in prison for civil lawsuits. We do however, toss people in prison for criminal suits. You've been listening way too much to Napolitano.
yankeegal01 1 year ago
@yankeegal01 I am saying that when anti-immigrant activists get all pissed off because immigrants claim that they are not criminals, they should at least be aware that tecnnically, the immigrants are correct.
And it should be embarassing to you and others that immigrants appear to understand our legal system better than you do.
SirSpoilGrouch 1 year ago
How pathetically lame. Leftism is a form of intellectual deficiency.
TheShadowmasterUS 1 year ago
"They shouldn't be entitled to ask for my ID"... I get the point they are trying to get across with this "ICE Checkpoint", but I personally have no issue with police asking me for my ID in ensuring I am a legal citizen. I have been pulled over before and had my ID ready to hand over because I assumed the police officer would want to check it to verify my identity. If you have a problem with police checking for IDs, you are living in the wrong generation.

If your solution is amnesty for the 14,000,000+ Illegal's, your anti-American.
highLIFEkelso 1 year ago
@highLIFEkelso First of all, the reason the U.S.A is rich in the first place is that they didn't export the gold, silver, and other treasures back to Europe as did Spain. When the USA forcefully "bought" and stole indigenous land, the wealth of natural resources that the Euro-Americans exploited made them filthy rich, the wealth stayed in the USA. Why is it a bad thing to be Anti-American? Americans raped my people, they murdered my people in masse, my people haven't done that to you.
EndemicEpistemology 1 year ago
@EndemicEpistemology Why does it have to be your people vs my people in your mind? I'm not filthy rich, and my family never raped anyone. Your ignorant, and a racist. Have fun with that buddy
highLIFEkelso 1 year ago
@highLIFEkelso first of all, I don't know you and you don't know me. Who are my people according to you? and...who specifically are your people? Once we get that clear then we can hold an honest debate, otherwise it is just stupid arguing. You are not "filthy rich" but you advocate the deportation of indigenous people? you are not "filthy rich" but you are benefitting from the sins of your ancestors. Europeans raped the indigenous women, girls, boys, and elderly women, are you Euro-American?

@SirSpoilGrouch So why is it that the federal government has the right to trample on the US Constitution, when it serves their purpose, and not the will of the majority of legal citizens? You ar wrong, again, on your interpretation of law. The Constitution is to protect State rights from being overthrown by the Federal government.. to ensure the government does not have complete control.
