They are also violating civil rights by illegally demanding to see identification documents and taking photos of people without their permission. It is mind boggling, but even state officials deny this is not the case, but the law explicitly mentions that you can be stopped and asked for your documents if they saw "reasonable suspicion" that might have led them to believe you are undocumented, which can be done mostly based on appearance or racial profile.

You ar wrong, again, on your interpretation of law. The Constitution is to protect State rights from being overthrown by the Federal government.. to ensure the government does not have complete control. And I guess I must have missed the day in school when they taught you that States can simply ignore the Bill of Rights if it seems to present an inconvenience to them.
