@aniksolaris No, Church and Tex are dead. Or at any rate, erased by the EMP. The Church and Tex in Revelation are created from memories: Epsilon uses its memory of Church(Alpha) to become Church, and then it uses Church's memory of Tex to create another AI of Tex (He mentions that he "couldn't get her out of his head" so he [literally] got her out of his head.)

The Als (which contained Tex and the Episilonn) are stored in the Episilon Storage Unit and they not at full power hence why they could not interact with the others.
