I hate when people say the wings are so old and everyone is in their 40's and shit like that lmao we got plenty of young guys the oldest is lidstrom and holmstrom. Then everyone else is early 30's and mid 20's u can say were old but were still kicking ass that's all that matters.
I wouldn't be surprised if all 5 Red Wings-Blackhawks regular season games next season went to overtime or to a shootout next season, then both teams would get at least one point, and the fans would still get their money's worth for that.

Abdelkader and Kindl are 24, Eaves, Filppula, Hudler, Miller, and Ericsson are 27, Darren Helm, of the the quickest guys in the NHL, is only 24, and Howie (our goaltender) is 27. Now, don't get me wrong, (I know I'm gonna come under fire for this) I love the Blackhawks, but I love the Wings more. Plus, our veteran Wings are still in the play-offs ;)
many wings stars are gonna retire soon so it'll take a couple of years after that to rebuild the wings, hawks are gonna stay good with hossa, toews, kane and so on for a while now
