The Marines don't have doctors, the Navy provides them with corpsmen (Marines are a department of the Navy btw) the two that were screaming were Marines, and the guy getting screamed at (although dressed in Marine cammies) is actually a Corpsman who is in the Navy

It's fake. You can't punish people who aren't within your battallion. The only way this could happen was if the navy guy was a corpsmen. Even then, you still need a 1st sergeants permission.

Navy Corpsman are Medics assigned to Marine Units; they don't train-boot camp style with Marines. They do, however, save lives, and that's it. They will wear the Marien Corps uniform, but wear their Navy Insignia.
