If you ever played Japan-only games too, i bet you can play the Japanese version of Putt-Putt joins the Parade. The reason why is that the Japanese version does not have the Joke tellers you mentioned (with the Daffy Duck thing) but DOES have the Box o' Blocks in place of it. When you click on it, it builds a copy of Putt-Putt. (for a second)
