looking good! I'm doing the same thing with the scale. I hven't bought one because I want to judge it by my clothes. how will I know if I'm entering *my personal summer*? I'm hot all the time, especially at night. But no sweats just hot when noone else is. ;0)! Oh, and I'm 45.
@naturallycurious42 Hey! Thanks for your response & compliment! It really helps mentally not to have emotions up & down becuase of the scale. I started this extra heat thing at 49 in 2010. I just ask others if they're hot or is it just me & also if I was fine one minute & all of a sudden it feels like someone stuck me in an oven! ALSO YOU CAN GET A BLOOD TEST DONE TO VERIFY.
