oh, definitely should've been on the album. it's near blasphemy that it isn't, and frankly quite upsetting, consdiering that i wasn't drooling over du like i was every other afi album up to that point. its not that it wasnt a good album i just had higher expectations sts is top 5 albums of it's genre EVER. black sails and taod are top 5 albums of any genre. so, it was like wanting to go to the super bowl, and ending up going to the world series. still great, just not as good as it coulda been

oh, yeah. it is by no means one of the best. it's top 3 off of crash love, fainting spells and sacrilege being stronger and more traditional afi in many ways, but yeah. the top 10 for me: 10. the leaving song pt. 2 9. miseria cantare 8. strength through wounding 7. a single second 6. this celluloid dream 5. third season 4. i wanna mohawk 3. exsanguination 2. malleus maleficarum 1. narrative of soul against soul black sails was the best, and still is, as you can see on my list :D

Actually it's kind of the only song on the album i really didn't want to listen to the whole way thru I hated it so much. I think Sacrilege is the only song I actually liked on the album, not including bonus tracks. Some of the songs may grow on me, but right now it's Sacrilege, Fainting Spells, and Where We Used to Play, in no specific order.
