i believ the mugen specials should be numbers like 1 would be your weakest special 2 should be stronger 3 should be even stronger and so on it dont have to be in order but to asses specials with the numbers would be alot easyer

Most of them do but not this one. I can make them move but I would need a second controller. I can't give the cpu any commands.

Actually you can press pause and it will give you the options thats if your in training.
