Love theme has bed down stairs. That may not sound like a big deal but not running up and down stairs to sleep or getting stuck behined your followers nice. Also it has a speech skill book.

The only thing extra the science theme has is an energy weapons skill book. You can buy a laboratory for making chems and removing addictions on top of any theme. Im guessing that might have been what you where thinking of.

it looks like love theme for me but its gonna be weird if the love ornament was on screen and my little brother saw lol

@MrZacattack4 , i went i "heaerd your the person to see about stuff for my house", then i went "do you have any available, you choose the theme and she sais lets start trading, it takes your to her inventory, go to the misc section and it is in there, you just got to buy it and it is put in straight away
