Ok I'm not racist, but you have to think where do sterio types come from? Most of them are true, just people need to realize the sterio types dont run peoples lives. idk why people hate st.cloud.. i love it..(well except the fact that the school district doesnt care if theres 2 feet of snow on the ground or if it's like 30 below we still have school.and that they are making buildings on land that has lots of wildlife on it) but still i love st.cloud and if anyone ever visits they need to go eat at vals...it has the best french fries ever(:

Somalians are people, not vermin. If most of them had the choice to live in Somalia, I'm sure they would, but since thier entire country is in ruins and their families have been slaughtered due to the civil war (started in 1991), they decided to reside in Minnesota to save themselves from death. Have respect for differences in culture and there wouldn't be so much conflict.

Also, great video of Saint Cloud. I live in STC and I don't enjoy it at all, but the video made cloud look good!

fyi, I;'ve been to that.. place you refer to... the people there are the nicest you'll ever meet..

Their Sambusa, which are either filled with lamb or beef, depending on the type you purchase.. are also filled with large helping of vegetables. Each one costs $1 and you could be stuffed just by ordering 2 or 3, because they also give you some rice and bread. Sure beats going to mcdonalds and spending much more for much less and eating food that is, not food.. but junk!!!!

For those of us in the Baby Boomer bracket, St. Cloud Minnesota will always be the small town we grew up in during the 1950s and 60s, when we could hop on our bikes any time, go anywhere we wanted until it was time to go home for dinner. A place where you could say "Hi" to a stranger downtown and they'd smile and say "Hi" back (Ok, there were always a few grouches!). But now the area is growing. The area churches and county social services believe that it's necessary to attract outsiders. Why?

There have been quite a few crimes commited against the Somali community with no retaliation by them. Just so you know, this city would be a much nicer place if they racists and inbreds were gone.

I lived in St. Cloud for a while in 2002,loved it alot. Great city. It was a nice small place with everything you could want. Lots of stores, restaruants, and art stuff. people are nice too. I put it up there for top places to live. Minnesota is a cool place.
