Without Bonzo it's not Led Zeppelin any more, and never will be, not even in name. When I watch this I feel nothing at all, no chills, no sense of awe, nothing. It's often said that the drummer makes the band. When Bonzo died, the band died with him, and no drummer today can ever capture his unique magic. When I watch this, the only thing I see are three surviving members of Led Zeppelin + one fairly talented drummer. I would hazard a guess that most other drummers feel roughly the same way.

These guys rock harder than most bands out today. And how old are they? Yep. Robert Plant has the most recognizable rock voice in history. No doubt about that. This is why they consider him the best at what he does and did. Rather as an old man or a young sex symbol, everybody recognizes him. It is like what I said with Coverdale and Page. A not so great combo. If Plant was replaced by coverdale, that would be a disaster. Coverdale is known in his own respect, but is not Zeppelin quality.
