  • Annihilationism is a scripturally impossible absurdity. Where there is a heresy of that magnitude there will be many others. No wonder you despise and revile Calvin, one of the greatest Saints God ever raised up.

  • @GraceVideoTreasures I don't "despise" and "revile " Calvin or any other person.I do,however, some of his teachings and the fact that he said things like what he did in the quote that tennesseeownsmybones posted and the fact that he thought it ok as a professed Christian to make sure "heretics" didn't survive.Any sane and Christian person SHOULD find that appalling. If you don't,you need serious uninterrupted time in prayer and a boost of conscience driven morals.Listen to Jesus and PRAY.

  • @GraceVideoTreasures You think what Servetus suffered is plausible, godly(and in fact FROM GOD?!),just, and a beautiful thing because he disagreed with you theologically?Your thinking scares and repulses me..and I don't want you to comment here anymore before I get angry at your thinking. Thanks ahead of time.

  • Michael Servetus was a Satanist whom God destroyed by the government in charge of the day. Calvin was subject to the same government, not the master of it. His only contribution was to tell the truth. God executed a heretic at the start of the important reformation so that only he knows how many millions might be spared eternal damnation. The carnal mind is enmity against God.

  • @GraceVideoTreasures Oh I see!I must be a real moron.I never knew it was really God who was executing all those heretics..I thought it was men who failed to listen to Christ!Matt. 26:52,1 Jn. 3:15,Rom. 12:19.Your thinking scares me.Servetus a Satanist for recognizing Christ was the son of God?lol

  • @GraceVideoTreasures Isaiah 5:20:Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness

You're putting light(God) where the dark and evil deeds of men are.As if he's responsible.Shameful.

  • @GraceVideoTreasures You know how many people are in Hell right now because of John Calvin? A word to the wise is sufficient.

  • @GraceVideoTreasures the greatest hope we have is that some day. when Christ returns, and clarifies the truth the nonsensical babbling s of people like you will be finally no more, . good grief. cant wait til that day

  • "[Servetus] takes it upon him to come hither, if it be agreeable to me. But I am unwilling to pledge my word for his safety, for if he shall come, I shall never permit him to depart alive, provided my authority be of any avail." Calvin to Farel, 1546. Case closed.

  • I'm not against all the trinitarian believers for there may be some true children of God caught in that trap of the devil, but I'm very strongly against the doc. of the trinity which is devil's doctrine. I believe the existancne of hell at this time. I don't like it, neither I wish even my worst enemy to go there. However when I think of those ppl who justifies what Calvin did to Michael Sevetus, mark my words, they will someday one way another, taste similar to if not worse of Michael's pain.

  • @shibakim I agree about the people who believe it sincerely.I try not to judge individuals' salvation but rather just expose false doctrines. As for hell, the *gehenna* Jesus preached consumed utterly.(Matt 3:12)The wicked are said to perish,be destroyed in the lake of fire where death is also thrown .Death too will "be no more" just like the wicked.Thrown the same place. This place(gehenna) consumes and destroys, again.

  • @shibakim Read the essay linked on my page for those who believe in the orthodox understanding of hell where the writer explains every "proof text" in their OT contexts, which always explains their symbolism.:)For instance, read Isaiah 66:24.Where are the fire and worms? On corpses! Not on souls burning alive.Symbols of eternal destruction, clearly.God bless.

  • michael died and was called a herretic because he believed Jesus is the Son of the Etrenal God. and not how the trinity believes today that Jesus is the eternal Son of God. even today one God believers are called herresy's and cults because we believe Jesus is the Almighty God manifested in the flesh. thank you for this video gbu.

  • @gypsytellingthetruth You're welcome. It's amazing people excuse this, call themselves by this man's name, and try to justify injustice.I'm sorry people name call you.It suddenly isn't as ok as it might have been in biblical times because now labels like heretic bring up images of murder and torture. You shall know them by their fruits.

  • So what do you think of man so consumed with lust for another man's wife that he orchestrates the death of the other man in battle? Could such a man have eternal life? According to your sentiments the answer would be no. Yet King David was called a man after God's own heart. David was forgiven.

    1. Calvin was NOT a dictator in Geneva. He may have had powerful influence but had NO authority to execute anyone. It was the State that did it.

    2. All of this is irrelevant applied to doctrine.

  • @Blogrich55 How is it irrelevant applied to doctrine if a particular doctrine inspired all these fools to torture and murder people? My beliefs have the opposite effect.I want to love those who disagree.I'm not a heart reader,so I'll let God deal with John Calvin.

  • @howdytheresir It is TOTALLY irrelevant to the truth or veracity of the doctrines of sovereign grace. For THOUGH they are nick named Calvinism, are before Calvin. They are what the Bible teaches and NOT an invention of John Calvin. The famous T.U.L.I.P. of Calvinism was NOT invented by John Calvin either but came along at the Synod of Dort.

  • @Blogrich55 Calvinism is a thorn to Christianity, a real stumbler, and yes,UNTRUE.Makes God into Satan.I hope you get to know God as well as you can without the lens of any men at all influencing your studies and walk with God.

  • @howdytheresir Calvinism is Christianity.

  • @Blogrich55 baseless assertion to be sure! Here's what Calvinism is:Calvinism is like the JW doctrine of a separation of Christians.Based entirely upon a misuse of a select few texts and then reading that misuse back into all of scripture, butchering plain language left and right.A philosophy hell bent on propagating a God who decrees child rape, who made Satan be evil.Again..a stumbler,an atrocity.

  • @Blogrich55 As for doctrine being irrelevant to this murder here..let me ask you a question.Let's pretend I thought God was,oh,say,5 people due to a misunderstanding of scripture. And that I then,as well as many of those who believe like me,proceed to murder and torture anyone who holds a different view of God.Would you be suspicious at all of my belief?

  • @howdytheresir I would be suspicious of your beliefs whether or NOT you and your followers killed people. The Bible alone is the Word of God.

  • @Blogrich55 This is a copout.Not an answer.

  • Calvin was a genius!!!

  • the timing of the frames are inconsistent and annoying to read.

  • @carehappens though I agree to an extent,I still think it's readable.That's why I put the blog link though..if you're interested.

  • @carehappens oh good thanks

  • great video, Kelly! What I have found hard to understand here on youtube is that the mormons, JW's, catholics are all ostracised for their "false religions" - or because they misrepresent God. Meanwhile, calvinists for some reason are embraced. I don't get it - clearly these people misrepresent God. Or Is it more because of tradition - considering its all "protestant". But then that would imply people here follow religion and tradition.

  • @solarisgalrocks The trinity is the most important doctrine to them..They think if you don't believe it you're an unsaved heretic. They have the blood of many martyrs on their hands. The orthodox Christians have a few essentials(trinity, salvation by faith alone etc,),and as long as Calvinists and the like accept them, they're considered brothers.

  • @howdytheresir - People begin to shun you when you show how paganism is embedded in certain doctrines. I guess they see it as an attack on their faith - it's like, if hellfire is pagan, then what else have I believed in that is pagan? It shatters faith - that's what happened to us when we left the JW's. Most of us have even turned atheist. You feel fooled. So I find it somewhat hipocritical that we are applauded for leaving the JW's, yet they do not acknowledge the pagan doctrine they embrace.

  • @solarisgalrocks - and I'm not talking about anyone in specific here, just in general lol

  • @solarisgalrocks Good observation. They see the error so clearly in the WT but can't see it in their own traditions. They can't see that they're guilty of also letting men and tradition tell them what to believe before they read their bible and that they're reading a manmade theology INTO the bible instead of just letting Jesus speak! They can't listen to him just like the WT can't if they want to remain acceptable to many of their friends.

  • @solarisgalrocks And yes all pagan doctrine originated from Babylon essentially..Christians supposedly broke free of Rome's apostasies yet don't understand they still embrace a good number..Deception is very real.Strongly entrenched traditions are rampant and seemingly irreversible it seems sometimes, but it DOES happen. Some people are waking up and aren't scared to question men anymore!

  • Comment removed

  • @solarisgalrocks, @howdytheresir - That's another thing - I find that some people are your friends based on what you believe in, not on who you are or your character. While beliefs do make up a person -it is only up to a certain extent. I don't think that if someone doens't believe in hell or OSAS that they are the devil incarnate. How ridiculous. This is exactly why many become atheists - because doctrine brings about division and hatred, without any tangible reason.

  • @solarisgalrocks More good points.I honestly think we'd have more genuine Christians if there weren't "mystery" doctrines like the trinity that the bible doesn't teach(John 17:3,Deut. 6:4,1 Cor 8:5,6,15:27,28) and hell that any one with a conscience would rightfully find abominable!Gehenna is a consuming fire but apparently Christians don't pay attention to that.(Matt 3:12)You're right..how real can someone's love be if they shun u because you have a different interpretation of an ancient text?

  • @howdytheresir - Very true. I guess my point is that people shouldn't be called "lesser christians", "heretics" or unfriended just because they question a doctrine and with good reason. I don't find this any more different than the attitude people had when they had their neighbors burned at the stake. If people react so negatively to questions, then they must be insecure with their own teachings. (not talking about anyone here, just in general)

  • @solarisgalrocks Agreed.

  • @solarisgalrocks

    The salty Christians that rebuked you did the most loving thing for you. For people who think they have to work to keep their salvation are calling God a liar and are not abiding in His doctrine nor believing in the Gospel. Howdythersir is a deceiver and Antichrist for she denies that God has come in the flesh. We are to rebuke and avoid them not befriend them. {2Jn 1:7-11, Jn 1:14}

I defriended you in protest of you violating 2Jn1:7-11 in hopes you repent.

    God bless

  • @InTheSpirit12 I believe the Son of God came in the flesh, absolutely! You believe the second perrson of the same God who sent him came not only in the flesh but in a whole other nature on top of it.That unbiblical inferred(to say the least!) notion is to be condemned as not one from scripture.you also believe Christ escaped "sleep" and "thoughts ceasing"(God's def. of death!)at the cross and was awake thinking those 3 days he was supposed to be dead. You've been deceived.

  • @howdytheresir

    Titus 3:10-11

10A man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject; 11Knowing that he that is such is subverted, and sinneth, being condemned of himself.

I'm done with you lady. We are not of the same spirit, praying for you.

  • @InTheSpirit12 - you unfriended me for what I choose to believe in just like a true cult-minded JW would. Newsflash - it doesn't make me "repent" - it makes me see how fake and shallow a person is that they cannot let me find the truth on my own without being passive aggressive.

  • @solarisgalrocks

Where do you draw the line in spiritual matters then, solar? Yes, what we believe is of utmost importance. Christ did not come to bring peace but a sword{{Matt 10:32-36}. He came to divide believers from heretics{Titus 3:10-11}. If you can't draw the line when it comes to the essentials such as the deity of Christ then their is something wrong. Am I the only Christian you tend to disagree with? Are u really in the faith?

  • @InTheSpirit12 - that is the problem - you and others like you are too quick to judge. While I believe that Jesus is the Messiah and the son of God, I refrain from using expressions like "trinity" because #1-that word is not found in the bible; and #2 - the word is strongly rooted in paganism.

  • @solarisgalrocks

Oh, there you go, sorry I thought you were a Christian, my bad. That's probably why I see you tend to argue with other Christians on doctrinal matters. Thanks for clearing up the confusion.

  • @InTheSpirit12 - yes I am a Christian. Now can you please show me where the word trinity is found in the bible?

  • @solarisgalrocks There are a LOT of words that are not in the Bible. The question is whether or not the concept or doctrine is in the Bible. Most Christians believe in the rapture which is ALSO a word not found in the Bible.

  • @Blogrich55 - sorry blogrich - I no longer discuss doctrine or beliefs. All my questions have been answered and I am no longer seeking any answers to any questions. I have accepted that it's enough for me to believe that Jesus died for me and to make Him my personal savior. Thee end. Have a good evening.

  • @solarisgalrocks Right on Bro!!!!!

  • @solarisgalrocks & It IS about tradition.About a doctrine that became "orthodox" by bloodshed, intimidation,& threats, along w/a history of stamping out any opposition by whatever means.

  • I liked how you used the Servetus story to bridge your way over to attack the doctrine of the Trinity, the doctrine of eternal hell & end up defending salvation by faith and works with Matthew 7:20-23.

Your emotional fueled, deceiving video changes nothing. Jesus is still God, Calvin was a great theologian, & you are still a heretic.... Sorry.

  • @InTheSpirit12 Because I quoted something Jesus said you think I'm promoting a works based salvation system?Hardly!Sorry you think that's what Jesus was talking about.Your comment demonstrates the spirit of evil Calvin did. When you follow wicked men instead of Christ that's bound to happen.

  • @howdytheresir

You don't know what true wickedness is. It's when a heretic try's to sell a false Jesus to the masses. You are always learning but never able to come to the knowledge of the truth....sad.

  • @InTheSpirit12 I'm wicked because I understand that Jesus was a different being than his father and believe him when he speaks(John 17:3,John 20:17)?John Calvin is a saint because he tortured and murdered people for also believing Jesus was the Christ,God's Son.Yep,makes sense! If you're deceived thoroughly.

  • @InTheSpirit12 If you'd listen to Jesus instead of your flesh you would know the fruit Calvin produced was not that of a Christian man.Jesus said don't follow those types. He didn't say to promote them, believe them, follow them, and trust them.To murder, torture, and oppress.Or to support those who do and call yourself by their name!

  • @InTheSpirit12 WOW! You truly know what wickedness is. John Calvin was a murderer like his father the devil{Jhn 8:44} plus he was a hater{1Jo 3:15} plus he taught OSAS but Jesus said{Mat 24:13; Rev 3:5}. John Calvin confessed that God came in flesh where as 2Jo 1:7 says; For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist. John Calvin will surely have a great position in God's heavenly court above all others.

  • @rYzHrV62H it amazes me what people are willing to excuse in loyalty to their traditions and institutions.

  • @InTheSpirit12 btw, when someone burns alive for 1/2 an hour-3 hrs(depending on what source you read) emotions SHOULD be fueled and the evil men who made it happen should be exposed!Like I said in my video though..if you think hell is a-ok I can understand your nonchalance.
