During the hours before their ca 1989 concert in Rotterdam, a lazy monotonous DJ had been hired to entertain the crowd already in the stadium. We shut down his gig by singing "how long to sing this song" over and over right through his bad performance, 40,000 strong. He soon quit. Respond if you've done the same.

I had the pleasure of hearing U2 perform "40" as the closing song of the last performance on the 360 tour, in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada. It was my first time seeing them, after being a fan for 27 years. So, so, happy and emotional when the first few bars were played... I couldn't believe I was hearing it!
