  • Dang u good. :)

  • How do you do a layout backflip!?

  • That was really good. How do you get so high? I have mine but you make it looks so easy and effortless.

  • I love how clean that was... (:

  • Wip back but the full was nice..!! :)

  • So cool!!!!

  • That was really good, great job!!! ;)

  • OH MY GOSH IS AMAZING!!! You're SOOOOOOOOO GOOD! I really want to be able to do this! But I don't think I'm ever going to get my full

  • Niccee andd higghhh!

  • Thats awesome, hopefully i can learn this by next year august.

  • A TIP FOR THE RANDOM PPL VIEWING THIS, AFTER THE LAYOUT LOOK FOWARDS AND GO TO UR BHS ! it helps :)

  • *round off whipback backhandspring full.

  • BlondeeAtHeartt13

Actually when your a gymnast you do sometimes go that high especially doing a double back haha or vaulting or doing a double layout off high bar

  • that was a beautiful pass.

  • wow you're really good and not to mention your comments on cheerleading vs. gymnastics made you my new favorite person ever. at least some people aren't completely ignorant :)

  • thats a WIPOVER not a LAYOUT, YOU CLEARLY DONT KNOW ABOUT GYMNASTICS OR CHEERLEADING

  • @Kimberlywatup who cares thats what everyone calls it and th only difference is ur back is arched and its faster and unless u can do that perfect dont tell her how

  • @Kimberlywatup yea, it is. YOU clearly don't know either :p

  • @cheergirl4774 shut up

  • @Kimberlywatup U first!

  • @cheergirl4774 MY PLEASURE

  • she is awsome!!!! :-) i love gymnastics!!!!!

  • That's a whip not a layout.. Huge difference..

  • @gymnasticslover1231 the only difference is its faster and ur back is arched a

  • @sunnypuppy22 It's more than that! A whip is sooo much easier than a layout.. There are more steps in a layout then there are in a whip.. So stop talking..

  • @gymnasticslover1231 ok there are not more steps in a layout the only difference is its faster and ur bak is arched and technically a layout is where ur flat the whole way and most ppl pike a little when they land so u stop talking a learn a little something about cheer and gym before trying to act smart

  • @sunnypuppy22 Please just stfu.. You are really getting on my nerves.. I know probably more about gymnastics then you do so just stfu..

  • @gymnasticslover1231 how long hav u been and gym and i started when i was 6 quit when i was 11 and did 2 years of level 8, my coach coached an olympic gold meadalist, i highly doubt u know more about gym than me

  • @sunnypuppy22 I have been doing gymnastics for quite sometime now and who evens cares if your coach coached an olympian.. Honestly I wasn't saying it was bad I am just saying that is not a layout.. It is simply a whip 'nuff said..

  • That looks a lot more like a roundoff whipback back handspring. Not a huge difference, but gymnasts will tell you whipbacks and layouts are not the same move.

  • woahhhhh sliiickckkkkk

  • that was beautiful, and the flip wasn't too bad either(:

  • 7 people cant do this.

  • how long did it take you to learn a full also how long did it take you to learn a layout (:

  • Goodness. I wish I could tumble like that, lol.

  • @Jezhr7

    i have a suggestion.

i used to have the sameee problem:)

what i did to fix it is think "rebound"

and keep your arms behind your EARS!

so, after your BHS rebound STRAIGHT UP with your arms behind your ears and i guaranteed you'll know what to do next. it'll feel so nice and controlled. Hope this helps!:D

  • All of you people saying "Oh, gymnastics is harder!!" well, SHUTUP!! You guys probably have never even tried cheerleading!! So yall gymnasts who have NEVER DONE CHEERLEADING IN THEIR LIFE..need to shut yalls mouth!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @cheergirl4774

i do cheerleding and gym and cheerleading MUCH harder!

  • @supercookie200 what?

  • @supercookie200 none of us are going to believe that shit

  • @cheergirl4774 okay i get ur point but honestly i know their both crazy hard but theres no need to get all "BLAHHH" over it i mean c'mon just be proud u r one..and i have done cheerleading they both have diffrent levels on being complicated...

  • Quit arguing about which sport is harder im a cheerleader and an ex level 7 gymnast they are both VERY HARD! they both require being fit and in shape and strength. They both have to do flexibility and those who have either cheered and do gymnastics or those who do gymnastics and have or do cheer know what i am talking about! So STOP arguing!

  • @LNGEAN01 HELL YA' they are both complicated on diffrent levels..my aunt is a cheerleader and they did a routine where it looks like they drop her but catch her in mid air, its freakin BEAST..now gymnastics is well, cant explain it it just is as well as cheerleading

  • グッドジョビングぅ~☆

  • yay i got my full today!!!!woooooohhhhoooooooo

  • i clicked on this and then looked up to watch harry potter and looked down and you had just landed a full ... haha

  • Gymnastics you stand on a 10cm bar & do flips, cheer you rely on 3 peoples hands & strength to stop you from breaking you kneck while holding a painful pose and still smiling hoping to god you don't fall! They are equally hard, so GET OVER IT!

    That is all. :)

  • Oh for f*ck sake! I've done gymnastics & cheer and you all need to stop critisizing one another! People who do gymnastics are saying its harder & cheerleaders are saying cheer is harder when really, half of you have inly done the one your fighting for! Cheerleading is hard, gymnastics is hard....

  • or we could all shut up and just watch this video..which is its only purpose?

  • @hottyhood you're the ONLY one that makes since here!

    :)

  • if u believe cheerleading is the MOST DANGEROUS SPORT IN THE WORLD CLICK LIKE!

  • no matter how much we argue with each other about which is better people who aren't either are still going to consider us the underdogs in the athletic world. so why are we trying to convince each other which sport is harder/better instead of trying to convince the general public we are athletes to begin with?

  • My friend did gymnastics until level 5 then tried out for competitive cheer and got into the highest level first try, just saying.

  • gymnastics is harder ! you have 4 events. each of them very difficult and dangerous ! And so what if you're chucking up people in the air you have like 4 other people to help you with that. also you have lots of people on your team, so its likely that the judges won't take off many deductions because you have other people to cover up for you. In gymnastics its just you, you make a couple mistakes and your not going to win. it requires perfection !

  • Ahh, stfu all of you. I do both. Guess what? You guys are comparing sports that are totally different on different levels. Oh just because you do flips does not make gymnastics and cheer compatible. Cheer you work on jumps, stunts, tumbles, and dance. Gymnastics you tumble (floor), you do the bars, the vault, and the beam. I would love to see a cheer leader on the beam and bars, and a gymnast stunt and dance. These sports are both challenging, in completely different ways.

  • Coool

  • @Aierrvah I've done gymnastics my entire life, remember that we tumble just as much as you but also have three other events. I'll come do lifts (because we do them at the gym for fun) and you can come do my beam routine and we'll see which one is harder. I'm not saying cheer is easy but for a seriously competitive gymnast it would be easy.

  • @MariaVana we have other events too. stunting, cheering, and dancing. and we do all that in a 2 minute routine. i think they're both dangerous

  • @tordancheer Ok Gymnasts tumble and dance in a two minute routine and do three other events. I never said cheer wasn't dangerous. But on skill and discipline it doesn't rival gymnastics

  • @blondeeatheart gymnast do flips on beams... i think thats more dangerous.

  • Ohh wow! That's beautiful :) Good job!

  • gymnastics is way better than cheer, cheer you guys put on skimpy outfits and just scream pathetic cheers

  • gymnastics n cheer r the same on some levels sure there r difference but both these two sports allow women to show that women r just as good as men n hell even guys do both cheer n gymnastics. Both r hard n at some point if u switch onto the other it cud seem easy, but overall both r hard tough strict n dangerous.

  • but it was very good!

  • thats a whip back not a layout

  • Continuing from my other comments : but the same can be said about cheerleaders so stfu there two different sports that are both hard !! Don't compare to things that are complete opposites

  • There both good I have meet great tumblers on both sides

Best gymnast tumbler in America : Rebecca bross

Best cheerleader tumbler in america : kiara nowlin

Both I think are equal in tumbling ability and it proves that both are good on both sides of the spectrum this whole gymnast vs cheerleading shit is stupid so what if they both tumble ! Power tumbles tumble and u don't see people comparing that with gymnastics or cheer yes most of them used to be gymnast but the same can be said with che

  • any1 know the name of the song?

  • haha yeah totally!

  • i loved this !

    i love cheer & gymnastics

i do both and its great ! <3

  • gymnastics is so much harder than cheer! some gymnasts don't even go to school because they're so focused on they're gymnastics. I don't see any cheerleaders that are that dedicated, besides gymnastics has 4 events, cheer has 1, if a gymnast were try cheerleading, they would be able to do all the tumbling, but maybe not all the stunts, but I know that if a cheerleader were to attempt gymnastics, they would be okay on floor, but do very bad on every other apparatus. GO GYMNASTICS!

    JUST SAYING!

  • @MKsports13

your just saying ? im a cheerleader and a gymnast and all my cheerleader friends

can do what ever gymnast can do ! Just because we dont constantly practice on beams

and bars and vault doesnt mean we dont have the skill !

They have muscles and the dedication to do it .

When we show out at our Cheer / Gymnastics Gym

The cheerleaders sometimes make our level 9 and 10 gymnast look like shit

Until you see some serious ass Cheerleaders , make a gymnast look bad

    i'd rethink that !

  • @bratz56ashleigh Hell no. that's just utter bull. A cheerleader can't do four events, they can do ONE... MAYBE. So really now, while a cheerleader can tumble possibly as well as a gymnast can (or better-- so you say) they can't do the choreography of the routine, they can't do bars, they can't do beam, they can't vault... that's not gymnastics. that's tumbling, one distinct part of ONE event. A tumbler does not a gymnast make my dear...

  • @rubinco haha i know right?! no cheerleader can magically do a full on beam lol

  • @bratz56ashleigh

yeah...im just saying, so, im giving my opinion and im preeetty sure gymnasts are stronger than cheerleaders they spend much more time in the gym working out, and i do 8 hours of gymnastics every week, and im just starting competive, my cousin is in cheerleading, just below the elite level and she only does 4 hours... and i do 8 hours and not even elite level yet... elite level you would do probly 30 hours, in cheer youd probly do 10? you have to work harder in gymnastics

  • @MKsports13 omg i know! im a compettitive gymnast(elite) and i have to do at a ton of hours a week! like minimun 16. but another 16 for conditioning and compettitions,. so yeah a little about 30

  • @MKsports13 yes, but cheerleaders also have to lift other cheerleaders over their heads and most fliers aren't that light. I also know alot of gymnast who aren't good at cheer leading and struggle very hard and end up going back to gymnastics.

  • @bratz56ashleigh acualy theres no way a cheerleader wit no experience in gymnastics can do wht we do! we practice for YEARS to get what we do. Cheerleading is just stunts and yelling and tumbling. gymnasts can yell(just about everyone can) and they can tumble! cheerleaders cant do vault, cant do graceful routines without the extra time of some dance classes, bars, and vault. let me see a cheerleader TRY to do a kip on bars.. gee what a scene. gymnasts build more muscle and takes more hours

  • @MKsports13 couldnt agree more! some ppl need to shut up when sayin that cheerleading is harder than gymnastics. gymnastics takes so much more skill!!

  • @gymnastdana13

    Ikr !

  • @MKsports13 cheerleading may have one routine but, we have 4 specific parts during that routine that we have to learn. Also, Gymnastics is very individual in Cheerleading we have to be insync with 20 other people. On some teams there are about 40 people there, that's really hard. Also, Cheerleaders aren't that dedicated because, no one has given us anything after college to do.

  • Perfect! and pretty :)

  • Fucking PERFECT!! -.- i envy u,,

  • I used to be a gymnast and am now an all-star cheerleader. I cheer for CIA Agents Senior Co-ed. I also teach tumbling at Dance Etc. in Milford Ohio. All I have to say about the "Gymnastics is better than Cheer", is that it all depends on the coach. My Cheer coach is way better at making my tumbling clean and precise. My gymnastics coach is all about performing the hardest skills no matter what they look like. So it all really depends on the gym and the coaches as to who is the better tumbler.

  • I have spent time looking at level 8 floor routines on youtube and none of the gymnasts I saw had the kind of form this girl has. Great job!

  • omg i kant stop watching this u make it look so easy,, all i can do is layouts:p

  • amazing layout!:D

  • Too Bad that was A WhipFull

  • soooo coooool!!!!!!!!!

  • @descool45 thats sooo right

  • oooh that was reallly good!

  • all star teams practice in gymnastics gyms.

  • @soimpolite97 They Actually don't usually. They usually have their own gyms.

  • @TheMinnieMouseMe well of course they do. but not always.

  • Cheerleading and gymnastics are two completely different sports; don't compare them.

  • Actually, im a cheerleader and gymnast, and gymnast do practice everyday. For about 5 hours. My cheer squad practice for 2 and 1/2 hours monday-friday. Im not saying cheerleading isn't hard, but gymnasts have 4 apparatuses we have to switch from in one competition, and cheerleaders have one mat for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. It takes cheerleaders less time to prove their the best, and gymnasts get more chances to prove they deserve 1st place.

  • @BigHoops101 i had practice everyday for 3 hours if not longer plus competitions on weekends

  • great job! that was perfect!

  • Did you mean "whip" instead of "layout?"

    Oh, and very nicely done!

  • Damn! That was nice. Great form. :)

  • this is soooooo good(:

  • This is awesome!

  • I did both for about 10 years. I left gymnastics because cheering, to me, was a lot easier. Cheerleaders just don't have to put in the hours that gymnasts do in order to be champions at the highest level. You don't have to workout 40 hours a week and be home-schooled to be the best cheerleader. But you do in order to be the best gymnast.

  • @missjpace no, cheerleaders have one chance to win and less time to make their skills perfect. I also wonder what type of cheer your in, because in all-star cheer there are 6 levels and it is very hard if your on a level under 4 because you get no respect.

  • you can't really compare cheer and gymnastics. cheer (especially at the high school level) varies a LOT on difficulty. Some squads really don't do much more than roundoffs and preps, while some have at least tucks and some fulls and do highly difficult stunts. Also, the only thing gymnastics and cheer share is tumbling, and gymnasts work at that more.

  • @0mgtransfat not true. cheer teams work tumbling every time they meet. My team meets every day.

  • @cheergurl1017 thats why I said cheer varies on difficulty. Some teams, like yours, and most allstar teams, work on tumbling every day. But there are a lot of teams that rarely work on tumbling. For example, if I want to get any tumbling done on my team, I have to go to classes at a gym or try to get privates, and squeeze that into my 6-day cheer schedule. it sucks.

  • Gymnastics is WAY harder than Cheer .

I'm a gymnast and i tried out for high school cheer. I made Varsity cheer and im a freshman and i think cheer is easy as shit .

Gymnastics is way more strict, tougher, and more danerous than cheer. Trust me .

  • @TAYLORLAUTNEROCKKKS depends on the school coach and level of difficulty the team has. i made varsity my freshman year too

  • @TAYLORLAUTNEROCKKKS um, HIGH SCHOOL CHEER! go look at stuff for all-star cheer and see what level you would be on!

  • @TAYLORLAUTNEROCKKKS i love your username! i lovvve TAYLOR LAUTNER hoooottttt

  • @TAYLORLAUTNEROCKKKS I have done both also, but I hate saying stuff like that because I found them both equally as fun. It doesn't matter which is better, harder, or more advanced, but whether or not it is fun. Trust me :P

  • @Nowskify I mean it is fun, but I dont know i have been doing gymnastics my whole life, & so have my other friends have too, but i see so many walk away from it just to do cheer & wasted there whole lifes, just for cheer.

  • @TAYLORLAUTNEROCKKKS

    More dangerous ?

thats why just tdy cheerleading was named the most dangerous sprot for woman.

Are you thrown 20 - 30 feet in the air ?

    Didnt think so .

  • @BlondeeAtHeartt13 Do you tumble and jump on a beam that's 4 inches wide?

    Didn't think so.

  • @BlondeeAtHeartt13

Gymnastics is WAY harder than cheerleading. Cheerleaders tumble on a floor. Gymnasts tumble down a 4-inch piece of wood, that's 4 feet high.

  • @BlondeeAtHeartt13 Do you have to do the same tumbling on a four inch beam? Or swing your entire body around a 8 foot high bar? Didn't think so.

  • Comment removed

  • @BlondeeAtHeartt13 the only reason cheerleading is named the most dangerous sport is because you dumbasses try to do hard tumbling & end up landing on your heads, unlike gymnasts who stick it perfectly. nice try thoughh... (:

  • @BlondeeAtHeartt13

But the you have to put into mind that, we gymnasts do most of what cheerleaders do. Just that you team and we dont. And we dont get thrown, but we do go 20-30 ft in the air. Thats how we do the uneven *bar* im a male gymnast.

  • @BlondeeAtHeartt13 What kind of cheerleaders are you talking about? and are they fed roids becasue I seeriously doubt that anyone can be thrown by another/few other people that high.

  • @TAYLORLAUTNEROCKKKS It depend what kind of cheer and wich team, because i'm on a cheer team and its very strict and i did gymnastic too and both sports are easy in a low level and hard in a high level...

  • @TAYLORLAUTNEROCKKKS well you obviously havent done competative cheer hon. school cheer and allstar are way different...

  • @TAYLORLAUTNEROCKKKS i agree but i am a flyer for cheerleading and there have been times where i could have been paralized so cheer is was dangerous and gymnastics does take more time but cheer if you are a competiter and cheerleading then you have to do everything a gymnasts does !!!!:)

  • @TAYLORLAUTNEROCKKKS Ok. im on School cheer. You dont know half of what goes on! you have to learn cheers dances and you tumble just as hard as that. And do i see anyone getting thrown in th air in gymnastics?!?! Didnt thinks so!

  • @TAYLORLAUTNEROCKKKS then you weren't on a very good team. Just search on here for some worlds teams

  • @TAYLORLAUTNEROCKKKS um no its not get ur facts straight

  • @TAYLORLAUTNEROCKKKS Cheer is hard. You have to have graceful tumbling, lift somebody in the air & catch them, upper body strength, graceful jumps, loud voice,& spirit. I do cheer & cheernastics (its like tumbling class...gymnastics sorta) But they are BOTH hard. :)

  • Why are people comparing gymnastics and cheerleading? They are two completely different sports and until you have tried both, there is no need to judge which one is harder than the other. Some of you are being flat out rude.

  • Haha "and almost hits a little kid"

    That was beautifull.

  • round off whip* bhs full!

  • wow..why cant the cheerleaders in my school do that??? o.0

  • @bboymonk3y High School Cheerleaders are lame.

    That's why xD

  • the first layout u did is called a whip back

  • She tumbles so slow! It was good, though!

  • that was a whip not a layout but very nice form!!

  • Yeah, i think by layout you mean whip, lol. I used to do gymnastics, now I do cheerleading :P

  • you make it look sooo easy

  • did she say FUCKYEAH! at the end?

  • i hate little kids running across the floor when tumbling. they think u can stop on a dime. NOT! i waz at this place and this kid ran across the floor and got kid by another kid tumbling and he got his sholder dislocated.

  • Comment removed

  • @17FoReVeR21

The only part of gymnastics you do in cheer is tumbling.

  • @17FoReVeR21 im a flyer and people think its so easy but its probably the hardest in my opinion, and people have no idea haha and its really scary also especially when your working with beginners cuz what if they dont know how to catch you right ya know?

  • @pinkglitter721 They Wouldnt To Lifts:L , If Yourr Kindda expericenced in cheerleading , being a flyer they never put bigginers to lift you so yea :L

  • @ppcheerleader12 No, To Make Them Practice, They Use Experienced Flyers :T

  • @pinkglitter721 My friend broke her leg when a inginner was being base for her....

  • @ppcheerleader12 sucks for your friend

  • @pinkglitter721 :)any way no point fighting about it:)

  • @ppcheerleader12 @pinkglitter721 is right, they do use experienced flyers to make them practice, pinkglitter721 is a cheerleader and so am i, we have been for a long time, so stfu and drop dead if yerr just gonna assume

  • @17FoReVeR21 gymnasts also have to do bars, beam, vault and sometimes tramp

  • @lilbootsy16 I knoow i did gymnastics for 6 years.. haha. I'm not saying that gymnastics is super easy because a lot of us know ITS NOT! (: I just personally thought thaT cheerleading was harder because of the costant motion you have on the floor, unlike in gymnastics where it is very flowing and peaceful....most of the time (:

  • Comment removed

  • @17FoReVeR21

Gymnast have to go to practice 3 hours everyday

    How many times do cheerleaders?

(Honest question not trying to be rude)

  • @BigHoops101 about 3 hrs.... and gymnasts dont practice everyday sweets.

  • @neonberry512

    Well I did .

  • @BigHoops101 did?

  • @BigHoops101

actually, serious gymnasts are in the gym for a lot more than 3 hours a day. its basically a full time job for them. when they aren't at school, they're at the gym. and a lot of them are home schooled so that they have more time at the gym.

  • @BigHoops101 umm i trying to think back... its been awhile (: lets see i practiced i think 3 times a week for 2 and half hours for youth and juniors and seniors i think it was 3 hours. But im not suree.

  • @17FoReVeR21 u actually DONT do gymnastics in cheerleading. u do TUMBLING. gymnastics involves much more things than cheer; beam, vault, bars, and then floor(which in gymnastics is different. ur alone, which spotlights u more than cheer. so technically its harder). lets pick out some random cheerleader and see how she does on beam, maybe? its ur opinion and im fine with that. i personally think gymnastics is harder than cheer. im just sayin tht there is NO gymnastics in cheer, just tumbling.

  • @17FoReVeR21 a gymnastic can do cheerleading, since they can tumble(much better thn cheerleaders), they are flexible, and have lots of strength, plus a lot of dance is incorporated in their floor routine, but a cheerleader cannot do gymnastics because they lack skills in everypart of gymnastics, including floor, since cheerleading tumbling is generally very messy

  • @likettlybored truee. Although some cheerleaderes tumble really clean. But to all i mean who cares? theres always been drama between gymnastics and cheerleading! does it really matter?!

  • @likettlybored uhmmm, no it isnt. and there are things an allstar cheerleader can do that a gymnast cant. so make sure you have your facts straight before dissing cheerleaders.

  • @likettlybored um, no. at my gym alot of gymnastic girls come and try to be cheerleaders and they are realluy bad and are very messy. Our coaches spend months having to make them clean. So, no gymnastic girls can't do cheerleading.

  • @cheergurl1017 yes they can. i did. and i was fine.

  • @gymnastdana13 well I'm speaking from my gym hun and the gymnastic girls from MY GYM suck.

  • @cheergurl1017 well then that doesnt mean that ALL gymnastics suck, hun. u couldve mentioned u were speaking from your gym.

  • @17FoReVeR21 Gymnastics takes way more strength, flexibility and mental toughness! I am a gymnast AND a cheerleader...i would know. And cheerleader who tried gymnastics would be a funny sight to behold

  • @gymastphelpsphanatic it depends which gymnastics route you do, and also what level of cheer. Level 5 or 6 cheer takes quite a bit of mental toughness along with strength. I do both also and have found that they both require the same amount of determination. Its not about the biggest trick you can hit but how much heart you put into it. I was a cheerleader who went to gymnastics and it was not that bad, I actually got fairly decent at bar and power tumbling.

  • all the people trying to chirp cheerleading and say that gymnastics is better and harder

the majority of girls on my cheer team are ex gymnasts

and another thing, Shawn Johnson, one of the best gymnasts in america is working alongside GK elite on a clothing line for cheerleading and to promote cheer safety

she obviously has a great respect for cheerleading, and other gymnasts should learn to aswell
