@judgmentdragon3000 near your base, medicham will be there... She talks about lombre... After that go find lombre... Then after talking to lombre, goto wishcash to get dive...

my tysplosion once did over 2000 dmg and i killed Ho-Ho in 1 hit zxD

and he was only a lvl 58 lol

there is no such ting as 2000 dmg it only goes up to 999

i got pikachu lvl 50 my partner is charizard lvl 48 and my pikachu hit a 679 with thundershock at lvl 48 and my charizards max hit is 640 with a flamethrower pretty good proud of dem :D

Yes. The first time you fight it, you can not recruit it. To recruit it you must defeat it again (I think).

You do need to befreind it to unlock Western Cave where Mewtwo is at the 99th Floor. You also fight fully evolved starters

and many of the most powerful Pokemon.

Maybe cause he had a defence scarf. Or because Deoxys has a lot of defense points because it is a Charizard. Or he ingested lots of the stuff that increases his defense. I think iron? We'll never know except him.
