@blasphemytard I am not very sure what to compare, actually. Lithuania is a relativelly small (pop. 3 million), post-Soviet, now EU, country that is changing very fast in resent years. In just 20+ years since we got free from the Soviet Union, we became one of the most innovative, free and fastest growing economies in Europe.

Sweden, on the other hand, was neutral for a long long time, but still, it didn't manage to create a flexible and vibrant economy like Germany did, for instance.
