Wirklich toll, der Sound, die Vollgaspassagen und natürlich die fahrerische Leistung. Hab auch schon ein paar Bergrennen gesehen, unter anderem das Oberjochrennen. Der Osella liegt ja wie ein "Brett" auf der Straße. Schönes Auto. Die waren ja auch mal in der Formel 1.

Hillclimb cars would be so good on tracks if they could some how make them run for longer than 1-2 minutes at a time. The engine just gets so hot in these events so quickly and its very difficult to keep the temperature down.

they do run on tracks, they run in some sport proto cup, in germany. Also the concept of sport protos was made for tracks to begin with "Le-mans", the idea of hillclimbing and track use, came from targa florio.

yes, that noise is the front of the body, scraping on the ground as it brakes. it puhes alot of weight on the front wheels making it bounce on the road surface.
