i have an old edwards sugizo model and i agree the stock semi active pickups sounded like throw up, till I soldered in some duncan antiquity strat pu's. Now it freaking sizzles. cheers.

Its not so thin like Ibanez, but not as fat as a les paul either. kinda in between. its a pretty expensive guitar so i suggest you try it out first hand before you make a purchase though

the edwards model is not too bad either. major differences would be the neck joint and the pickups. i gotta warn you though, the edwards version pickups are absolutely horrible.

Edwards guitars have good ones and bad ones. i highly suggest you actually play one before making a purchase.

im doing a line recording with the micro-br. the amp setting used was a marshall setting i believe

drive: Ibanez TS9 + Carl martin hot drive n boost mk3

delay: boss dd-3

verb: micro br hall at 60%

chorus: boss digital space-d at 10%

Oh shit, cool guitar man :) I'm jealous! The tone sounds very Sugizo, maybe add some more reverb and a longer delay and possibly roll off a little treble... but then again, most of Sugi's tone is in his left hand. But you sound pretty damn close!

maybe lower the volume too. I turned it up so its not covered up by the original, but ill give it another shot~
