  • It's amazing how easy this really is to follow, my first two days were a bit boring, but then I started playing around with recipes. I am on day 25 and I am down 8.6 pounds.

    I never feel hungry and have very few cravings for anything not on the diet, but that's what the cheat days are for right? :)
